Overall was a pretty decent stay! Short walk to the ocean and the ocean sound was beautiful to always hear! The property itself was nice as well however they did experience a few plumbing issues and at one point went into my room to use my outlet without letting me know, the plumber himself actually told me prior to the property manager telling/calling me. Overall, still a good experience but communication could’ve been a lot better!

Room was fine for two adults. Bunk bed room is quite small, fine for two children. Futon was not comfortable to sit on for very long, and not very big. Would be okay for a child but not an adult to sleep on. You have everything you need, but no extras.

We planned this great trip from the website pictures on here showing this amazing fishing pier and steps walking down to the beach only to realize this was false advertisement. There is no fishing pier in walking distance from the steps they show on here. You have to drive to get to it. The room was dirty with nasty old pans that had grease and old particles still attached to them. The beds were so uncomfortable. The futon hurt your back. The bunkbed room is a joke. My skinny son couldn't even get up to the top bunkbed because of the tight room and no ladder to even get up it.. Our time was horrible and we will sadly never stay here again. I still don't understand the choice of pictures they display making it look like there is a great place for fishing in walking distance down below. HAHAHAHAHAH THE JOKE WAS ON ME! HORRIBLE TIME AND PLACE. SPEND SOME MONEY TO MAKE IT NICE. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Check in/out very easy. Good communication with rental staff. Home was good. Pretty minimal on furniture and kitchen. A few pans/pots but limited. Accomodates 4 but only 3 forks. Fortunately we had some plastic ware. But applianxes were great it lists toaster but i did not find. Sane for hair dryer. Bathroom roomy and shower was great. The beds were comfy. Was advertised as 2 twin beds. That is fine but we were an older group and i would rather not have bunk beds which i double checjed and did not see noted. This would be main reason why i would not rent again. Otherwise our stay was quiet, and getting in and out of complex was generally easy

It was a wonderful condo. We were able to hear the ocean and it had a very homely feeling. The accommodations were beyond our expectations. Only thing I would suggest would be an iron and ironing board for those whom would to iron their clothes.

Simple little dog friendly option

We had a great stay, everything was as advertised. For it being a smaller space it worked well with two adults and a dog. My only complaint would be on the code for the door is 10 digits and you have to put it in just right or it blinks red and you have to wait

Great location

location was great, and it was a short and hilly walk away from beach. The wifi is very spotty and sometimes we lost connection and the couch had quite a bit of sand. The view of the ocean was wonderful to have, and overall I recommend this place and would stay here again!

Good for a short stay

Overall it was good and clean. Just a couple of things. The bunkbeds rattled and several screws need to be tightened. My husband is always hot while sleeping and I’m always cold, so an extra blanket and a fan would be a nice addition. The beach access was under construction and not available we were not told this. We know until we headed down to the beach, and had to take a long detour. Signs placed ahead of the walk down would have been nice.

Will stay again but...

There were a couple of issues we wished had been different. The first thing we noted was there was no place to hang clothes except on shower rod less than ideal for a 5'1" woman the 6'+ gentlemen had no problem. The other issue was the tv. Wetio were there for 4 nights. No tv first night. After a bunch of problem solving no TV second night. The instruction on TV was incorrect.

Great location, easy check in, private and secure

Everything was terrific, especially the cleaning staff who works here. My only issue was the internet went out and the tv also. I didn't contact guest services to fix these problems so that's on me (my stay was so short) and the weather was exceptionally stormy. But it did seem like the router is a distance from the property, so when it was working it was weak. Again, I didn't troubleshoot this so that's on me. The staff is excellent from what I observed and probably deserve 401K's and health benefits. Would stay again, but would probably work out the wifi issue beforehand. Again, mia culpa.

Good R& R in Lincoln City

I was disappointed that only one bed was made up when two guests were arriving. The bunk bed mattresses are thin and I could feel the metal slats so we stacked both mattresses on the bottom bunk. We call and requested help with the TV but, no one came to help us. We were told that cable wasn't an eminitity yet we were able to watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on 10/11. The only outlet in the bunk bed room was up high on the wall opposite the wall. The head of the bed was not close to the outlet - I have a CPAP machine and was unable to use it. The property was clean and we did enjoy our stay
