Everything was clean and setup great, well stocked with plenty of toilet paper and towels and a beautiful ocean view. As I was looking around our room I noticed a cute little bucket and it had a towel for dogs and an extra small food bowl super cute! Thank you for the effort you put into putting things together that made us feel welcomed. The only down side to the room was the low water pressure but definitely not a deal breaker and we will be coming back soon.

Apart from The view to the ocean everything else about this stay was BASIC. Quality of almost everything in the property was ordinary and minimalist. No plates or eating utensils. Not enough paper cups; we used our same cup for 3 days as nothing was replaced. Mattress was too soft and not great for people with bad backs. Frame was flimsy. Worst of all was that the Wi-Fi did not work. Called the Vacassa number four times to inform them and follow up progress. This was never sorted in the time we were there. Could not believe that the on site office was closed on Fridays and Saturdays … probably the two busiest data of the week. Will definitely avoid booking into a Vacassa property in the future

The view was nice and the neighborhood quiet. Made for a relaxing time. Overall I would recommend it to most people. The one exception is the showers. The tub shower didn't have enough pressure to use. The other shower had tight confines and no shelf or caddy. I was fine, but my pregnant wife had trouble reaching soap and shampoo. It would be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

I would book it again and would just come more prepared with what I will need. Feels like there could be some improvement with the chairs on the balcony mine was cracked and a potential safety hazard.

We had a nice stay at our little motel. The space was perfect for us, location was good for where we needed to go and price was great for what we expected to arrive to. Overall it was just a good stay... would have been excellent had it been a bit cleaner/updated, we had been able to use the tv (the remote was missing and we couldn't program it) and it was actually "steps" away from the beach like the ad said. I guess we would stay again, but I don't think I would necessarily recommend it highly.

This place relatively easy to locate although be warned that parking spots are small. Upon entering, there's a very strong cleaning supply smell (in covid, that's a good thing) although comforter and bed skirt were stained and bed had clearly been sat on after being made. There were footprints all over the floors as well as hair and dirt against the walls and furniture feet. The heater was small and a fire hazard. The heating elements came on but the fan wouldn't blow. After turning on and off four times, the fan finally started up. There's no water pressure and it doesn't get past luke warm (I'm not exaggerating). The sink and shower both back up very rapidly. At one point we messaged management because the sink wouldn't drain and never heard anything back. The walls were paper thin, as others have noted. We could heard the neighbor unit's dog growling at us when we got back from dinner. Bed was not super stable and frame felt very loose - I was nervous to roll over. Overall, this was horrible. We stayed here because we didn't think we could get our money back but in hindsight, we should have just slept in the car instead. On the plus side, we didn't bring home bedbugs so there's something to be thankful for.

Unfinished bathroom shower with no light, bathtub clogged, cheap and uncomfortable furniture, holes in bathroom door, paper thin walls (can hear every word the neighbor says, even his snoring), single ply toilet paper, loose electrical outlets, poorly patched holes throughout room. Slow WiFi and very basic cable. No heat at all in the bathroom.

Sometimes you just don't expect it to be as beautiful as the pictures show, but this was the best experience. Literally a few steps from the beach, I slept with he balcony door every night and you hear is the ocean and the seagulls in the morning. I never got to speak to the staff personally but that made it even more "homey". The manager did stay in contact via email and even got a friendly phone call to check in. I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Thank you
