Positives:Beautiful ocean view from the third floor.Spacious third-floor living area, perfect for family gatherings.Dog-friendly, which was greatly appreciated.Areas for Improvement:There are a lot of stairs, which may be challenging for some guests.The gravel driveway poses a hazard , the neighbor’s retaining wall extends too far, making access tight and potentially damaging to vehicles.The driveway is in poor condition and needs re-graveling. Large gaps between the gravel and the paved section can cause vehicles to bottom out. This issue has been mentioned in previous reviews but remains unresolved.Both second-floor patios were covered in leaves upon arrival, and no broom was provided for guests to clean them.The BBQ grill was very dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay.The 4:00 PM check-in time is quite late, and a 10:00 AM check-out feels too early, especially given the high rental cost and cleaning fee.Guests are expected to strip and wash bedding, which seems excessive considering the cleaning fee.There were not enough towels provided for our group.One bedroom was advertised as having a queen bed and two twin beds, but we were unable to locate the twin beds. A bunk bed would be a great addition for families with small children.The foosball table is broken and uneven, making it unusable.The gas fireplace was not operational.There was no guest welcome book with helpful information or instructions.The pillows were too firm.
