Overall this was a lovely location with a great view of the ocean. The place is a bit dated but provides all the basics you might need for a short term stay. I am leaving 4 stars because the place only provides 2 rolls of toilet paper, we nearly ran out. And because the stove had no ventilation and any cooking caused the smoke detectors to go off.

We took our two kids here and loved the location: great view, cozy house, nearby beach access, etc. I highly recommend this home!

Not impressed with this property at all. If cleaning someone’s property top to bottom on vacation is your style, then this is your place. They have a cleaning list in the cabinet of what their cleaning expectations are. Ok the list it states to vacuum and mop all floors, scrub toilet, sink, and tub, and much more. I get the taking out the trash, doing your dishes, and stripping your beds but cleaning the entire property is over the top. The cleanliness of the property on arrival wasn’t that great either. Dog hair all over the place and human hair in all the bed sheets. Also, they don’t do their maintenance. Window by door was broken and closet door was broken off tracks which is a huge safety concern for someone with little ones. Beach is accessible by 7 flights of stairs and a small walk. Overall, no impressed with this house.

The location and view were absolutely fantastic. Beach access was close—while the nearest path had a lot of stairs, there were easier access points nearby. The outdoor space was great for kids and pets, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The bathroom also had thoughtful touches like soap, shampoo, and makeup wipes. We appreciated the board games, though most were incomplete—we did enjoy a game of Candy Land.However, some areas needed improvement. The blinds were dirty, and I had to clean the sliding door to fully enjoy the view. Both vacuums barely worked—one was clogged, and the other was held together with duct tape. There were also no cleaning supplies for wiping counters or mopping spills, just window and toilet bowl cleaner. The cleaning instructions in the bathroom cabinet didn’t match the app, which was confusing. VRBO advertised a grill, but there wasn’t one—possibly due to the season. The beds weren’t very comfortable for us, but that’s personal preference.Overall, we loved the location, view, and outdoor space, but the lack of maintenance and cleaning supplies was frustrating. With a little extra attention, this rental could be even better.

We were very comfortable. We washed the windows on the west side of the house and the balcony panels both inside and out and then we enjoyed the view of the ocean. The battery on the lock might be low as we had some difficulty unlocking and relocking the door. This is the best impression of Lincoln City so far. Nelscott is a nice area.

House was great! Beautiful views, just enough room for the family. Great location. Everything you need in the kitchen. Beds were adequate & plenty of games, puzzles & movies. Beaches a few minutes drive away & one walking distance but you have to go down & back up some steep stairs. Very clean & beds were made with matching linens. They even left a turkey pan with a list of the stores & a note saying Happy Thanksgiving. Really nice touch! However, Vacasa did not resolve the first two issues we had even after multiple times contacting them: 1. No internet/cable. 2. Exterior downstairs motion lights did not work which was a safety issue. The issues below we did not report to Vacasa since they didn't do anything about the first two: 3. Freezer was leaking water into the fridge & ruined some food. 4. Dryer will only dry partial loads at a time. Washer was great! 5. We cleaned up lots of dog poop from the previous renters. 6. Bathtub does not drain very well. 7. Parking - there are only two vehicles allowed. (we had family come from three states & had to park one car offsite & check on it/move it daily) 8. Bedroom blinds do not cover the entire window. I could look through the crack & see what wine they were drinking in the house next door. Overall great house! Too bad the company managing it is so horrible.

The property was very clean and had plenty of games, puzzles, books and movies to keep you occupied. The only thing that was a small issue was kitchen cooking utensils and no kitchen wash clothes. We really enjoyed our time together in this home.

The location of this house was perfect. There is nothing better than hearing and seeing the ocean from first thing in the morning until bedtime. The kitchen was good. The beds were tired and we washed the linens when we got there because one of the beds had sand in it. I would give this a 5/5 if there was a little more attention to cleanliness and updated comfort.

A simple property with a spectacular view - furnishings and mattresses are a bit tired but plenty of room and an easy kitchen to use. I would go back!

The screen door doesn't work well. Fridge leaks water inside. Other then that the place was nice and clean. We loved how roomy it was.. The view of the ocean from the deck was amazing. You do need to turn the breaker on to use HOT water in the shower and stuff.. We'd stay again for sure.

No major issues other than the following: - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 adults over 2 weeks equals not good - the seal under the sliding door needs replacing as we had tonnes of water leaking onto the lamanent flooring causing us to lay towels to soak the water which increased our laundry output. Property was clean and quiet. Overall we enjoyed our vacation at this location.
