When we first got there our first impression was “it’s outdated but cute for the price” then we let my 9month old down on the floors and I took of my socks.. our feet and knees were black within 30minutes of being on the floor. I went to make coffee the following morning and there was a coffee filter in the coffee pot with moldy coffee. The queen bed was hard as a rock. Light fixtures falling out of the curling, the shower leaked onto the floor and the back door didn’t even close all the way even when locked/latched with the bar. We had it for Saturday to Monday and ended up leaving Sunday morning because we ended up dissatisfied with our stay… management was very responsive with our concerns when brought up.. hopefully they take action.. but from other reviews it looks like they probably won’t

For the proce we paid this property was ok. There was old food on the ceiling from what looked like a blender fiasco. The shower door had no seal, so it leaked water all over the floor whenever someone took a shower. Like, a lot of water. The final night we were there, someone in a unit upstairs must have been smoking or something and kept setting off their smoke detector about every 45 minutes from about 4 pm until about 9 am the next morning. With no one on the property as far as management goes, there was nothing we could do about it. The fireplace was nice after coming back from the cold beach. The kitched had basic appliances although they were all broken some way. Like having to use a plastic spoon to push down the lever to makenthe toaster work because the actual handle had broken off.

Place was old, had a septic and plumping issues after 1st night. Had to find a different hotel which was horrible on a Friday night. Was told that we had to leave the property and it was 7pm on a Friday night. We ended up paying triple the cost since we really didn't have a choice on finding hotel that'll accept dog and on a busy Friday night. Try to work with property management and very little communication when I try to reach them! Called the 800 number, some will tell me that they have no clue what I was talking about ,and that they didn't get the briefing on the septic issue with the property, WT??? It was the most terrible experienced I've ever had with Vacasa rental. I hope to get a refund for the rest of the night that we didn't stay at that terrible property! Nathila

The place is clean but not enough pots and pan and the knife was very dull. It didnt cut anything that we were trying to cut with. Not enough bed sheets and blankets and the futon was hard and uncomfortable. Is a decent place for people who is a tourist and out to see things but not for ppl who is coming to hang out to visited for the weekend.

We pull up and it felt like we were in the ghetto in our home town. The dumpster was right outside the entrance to the building we stayed in so it was kinda smelly. I think people live there too. Walking in, the unit smelled a little like pee. The main bedroom has a window above the bed that leads to the hallway where people walk to get to their units. The blinds were kind of broken so you could see into the room from outside. And the hall light showed through the bedroom so it was never dark in there. I tried to sleep on the couch instead. The people upstairs were stomping around ALL. NIGHT. LONG. They’d stop just long enough for me to fall asleep then start back up again and woke me up. I guess for the price it was ok. The view was very nice though.

Cute little place but there are issues. Parking lot is small, spaces are super tight and not properly marked. Not enough parking for number of units. Shower leaks horribly. Very unsafe. After the 4 of us showered there was no water pressure. Took forever to get any hot water. Futon is implied good for two. Not two adults. Two kids would be fine. Biggest issue was noise. Does not seem to be any sound barrier between units. People above sounded like a herd of elephants and you could hear people next door snoring.

The overall property definitely could use a remodel but as they say don’t judge a book by its cover the inside was warm and welcoming! Especially with the price my spouse and I had no complaints.

Apartment was clean and conveniently located. The top lockbox (to get key) that we were told to use is broken. Luckily the lady cleaning the room was there and gave us the code to the bottom one which is used for the cleaners. She confirmed that the top lockbox didn't always work. Wonder why it hasn't been replaced?

All the rooms were dirty and had visible dirt build up on the walls. I didn't shower as there the shower was filthy. I don't think they thoroughly(or dont at all!) clean the space in between guests. There was a half eaten McFlurry in our freezer that im assuming was from the people before us. The room was pricey for what we actually got but it was one of the cheaper options in general. I'd look for other options next time before booking here again.

This property was nothing like the pictures online. My sons found multiple socks in their beds, there was trash, broken crayons, and used bar soap left in the shower. The fireplace was broken and it was freezing! I emailed the only contact I could find and I have yet to been contacted. The patio furniture was broken, all the dishes in the kitchen literally were in the cupboards completely greasy with pieces of food. The unit has ONE partially used roll of toilet paper for a party of 5 for the weekend. I had to go in and clean the unit to even feel comfortable allowing my children to be in it. I will never stay with another Vacasa property again. I am so grossly disappointed in the service, cleanliness, and over all experience. This trip was for my father who is a disabled veteran, and the beds felt like a foam pad on a board, not to mention all the sheets had stains and hair on them. I don’t think the unit was actually cleaned. The office was closed due to covid, and we were just stuck with it all. Waste of time, money, and a weekend we should have had been enjoying with my dad,

After reading the bad reviews we took a chance and decided to stay. I'm so glad we did and we will be back. The place was clean, great location, pet friendly, and the view was amazing.

The apartment seems to be partially updated. The bathroom and parts of the kitchen are circa ~1950. The paint job only partially finished. Everything works and is basically clean. The queen bedroom has a window to the hallway so it is noisy and bright. The walls are thin, so you'll hear your neighbors, esp if they talk above normal conversation level, have a group of people or turn up the TV. Easy to get to the beach if you can manage two short flights of stairs.

This place is small and cozy with a somewhat obstructed view (trees) out to the ocean but you can clearly hear the surf. We were there when it was stormy and having the gas fireplace was very nice! The kitchen faucet was leaking badly (puddle of water under the sink) and the bathroom shower stall was not cleaned thoroughly. I called for maintenance and the maintenamce man was very pleasant but it took two days to get the faucet replaced so that meant we didn't have water available in the kitchen. He also brought us a new coffee pot because the one that was there did not work. They had not completed painting the bathroom yet and the baseboards in there needed some work. I would stay there again, hopefully after maintenance issues were fixed!

This would be a great condo for a small family of 4. Pros: clean, great location, great view, short walk to the beach, had basic kitchen utensils Cons: - walls are super thin! We could hear the next door neighbor snoring and the people upstairs had kids who were running around and screaming at 7am (also vacuuming at 7am!) which made it really hard to sleep. - Beds were hard and uncomfortable - Heater in main bedroom did not work If not for the super thin walls I would've given it 4 stars.
