I’ve written this before. The kitchen table and chairs need replacing. The table is permanently sticky and gross! You need more cereal sooons. You have ZERO. Only a few tablespoons that needed constant washing since no teaspoons were in home. Neighbors kept their porch light on 24/7 which came straight into your rental living room. We could NOT block it bc there are no curtains on the sliding glass door!! So, our entire stay involved ZERO privacy from outside lights shining brightly into our “private” rental. You need more blankets for all rooms. Real blankets. The BBQ is broken. Toss it! The deck has a fully loose rail - search, you’ll find it. The living room furniture caused back aches for all the adults. I wish the owners STAYED in the house for 3 full days themselves so they found out all the needed repairs and irritating quirks of their home! I’m not the first to have complained. Please tend to the obvious comforts needed… it certainly won’t cost you much to replace the furniture in the kitchen and living room, add more blankets, put REAL privacy curtains upon ALL the living room window (not the see through ones you now have) and privacy curtains on the sliding glass door. For a weeks worth of rental pay you could make this location become far more desirable. Barbara
