"We had such a lovely weekend staying here. Eddie, the property manager, was wonderful, check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the house was spotless. A few days prior to check in, got a text of the house manual. It was a ton of rules of things NOT to do and specific instructions about the hot tub. Except for one thing.
