"The location of this home was perfect for our weekend for Sea Witch Festival. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, showers were good. There are many stairs to climb, so if there are members of your party who can't do that, this may not work for you. You won't know the check-in code until about an hour prior to your check-in time, just in case this is important to you. "Great location right off the beach! Lots of room for our group of 20. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked and has two of every appliance -- fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc. We were there late in the season, so under the couch and under some of the beds could have been cleaner, but nothing we couldn't live with. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an AC return in the closet, so it was noisy at times -- and has no rod to hang clothes -- but, again, nothing we couldn't live with. We enjoyed...

"The location for enjoying Rehoboth was excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping (best shoe store ever), and the beach. Instructions for parking and getting in were very clear and we had no problems. The place is new and clean. Most exceptional is the fact that the host was flexible and accommodated a change in dates required due to illness. The tv was nice and Prime Video access was included. We would add a few lamps and a bathroom trash can."

"Clean, comfy, quiet room. Just a street away from the main drag and just a few blocks from the beach. The room is really good. The only negative is the parking spaces - they are very tiny. They really need to redraw the lines it appears they have the room to make the spaces a bit bigger. If you have a mid/large SUV or a truck you are going to struggle to move in that parking lot and you won’t fit into one of the drawn spots. "
