"Evergreen Cottages was amazing. It had way more amenities than I was expecting. A gated dog zone, BBQ grills and picnic areas and outdoor lighting that made the place so cozy. The home was comfortable and spacious for such a cozy home. The only thing I would change was there was no place to hang clothes (like a clothing rack) and the water temperature in the shower was a bit finicky and it came out either scalding or cold. Other than that everything else was amazing. "

"The cottage was the perfect cute getaway for my boyfriend and I! The porch is decorated with lots of plants and the walkway was completely private. The room was very comfortable and perfect for 2, I especially loved the little chess table and the coffee machine! The proximity to the beach was amazing, it took only 15 minutes to drive to Pensacola beach! The air conditioning was a must and the small-house feel was so relaxing. "

Lacking in expected essentials, ie...only 1 drinking glass for 2, the roll of toilet paper was 1/3rd wet when we arrived, no ice trays to make our own ice, no hangers, pepper shaker but no salt... annoying but not undoable. A trip to the Dollar Store was needed. Bathroom threshold board was not attached and kept sliding about when entering. Only closet was packed with multiple blankets, not needed in Pensacola in August, pillows with six more on the...
