    Our cottage nestles just minutes from the vibrant Palafox Place of downtown Pensacola, you’ll have immediate access to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Enjoy a short 10-minute drive to Blue Wahoos Stadium, or take a 15-minute drive to Sanders Beach and Marina. If you're in the mood for a beach day, Pensacola Beach is just 20 minutes away!

    To make your travel lighter and more convenient, we’ve provided everything you need. The bathroom is stocked with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, mouthwash, lotion, razors, a hair dryer, handheld clothes steamer, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and Q-tips. The kitchen offers a fully equipped coffee bar with Starbucks K-cups, condiments, tea, cookware, silverware, spices, and dishes. The house was absolutely perfect! So well done both functionality wise as well as decor. It was close to NAS Pensacola which was huge for us! Would 100% recommend!

The house was very clean and well-stocked. The 8 year old enjoyed the games provided, especially Monopoly. Great little house.

Beautiful home. It was 2 miles from the Blue Wahoos stadium, 20 minutes to the beach. The Host were great communicators and easy to get in touch with. The cute trays on the bed with welcome treats was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our needs and extremely clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and there were many extras to help make our stay even better. We had a couple minor needs while we were there and Don and Diep were outstanding in their speedy response and assistance. We would absolutely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful updated property in a neighborhood I felt safe in. The hosts were fantastic and communicated very well. Property was centrally located; everything was 10-11 minutes away! Bravo Java the Hut!

This cozy retreat had it all! Snacks, coffee, towels, etc. the house was very clean and inviting. The house looks exactly like the pictures. We were minutes away from the beach, shopping area and restaurants. My family enjoyed it!The hosts were very responsive and flexible. This was by far a great experience!

Absolutely Amazing!

From the check-in process, to the cleanliness, to the space, to the amenities, and most of all, the hospitality....this was an amazing place to stay while in Pensacola. Great job to the hosts and when/if we're back in the area, this will be our first check for availability.

It was a great experience for us staying at a home near downtown and also near relatives in a suburban area. We flew into Destin AFB, rented a car and were good to unwind in our own place at the hut! Highly recommend the Saturday farmers market downtown, plus holiday lights at night.

What an amazing week we had at the Java Hut. We were in town for a very sad occasion but the comfort of this home helped make the trip way more enjoyable. I am so glad we stayed here. It is SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! And so peaceful.

Booked this stay to spend Halloween with my husband while he is in A school. We had the absolute best stay here! The house was the perfect cozy home away from home. The hosts do an amazing job with supplying everything you’d need stocked on cute trays in each room. Extremely clean too. And it was close to downtown and the bases! You definitely won’t regret booking this place!
