"Everything was as stated. Room was small but quaint and perfect. Even in winter we enjoyed the balcony and the fact we did not have to carry our luggage far from the train station and over the bridges! Communication was top notch! "

"This is a great location if you do not want to stay in a crowded area. Easy to use water bus to get around. Quiet at night but does have some early morning noise with grocery store 7:00. Property managers on site and very helpful."

"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."
