the place was very nice..the oven needed cleaning..I set off the smoke alarm (toast) contacted them that the alarm was chriping every 22 seconds and they answered with thank you.. spent the night trying to sleep..finally in the morning my niece said maybe there is a reset button. I got a broom and pushed the button..it stopped..they said they supplied towels..6 people 6 towels...0ne roll paper towels..3 rolls tp...6 people 7 days..4 dishwasher pods..4 laundry pods..they said we got free netflicks and Amazon on TV but we were never able to get them..to many people using at the same time.Thankful it was very clean.acually we arrived at 4 on the 9th and had to leave the morning of the 16th...

Wonderful vacation

The condo was great. Very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very primo in answering any questions. This is our 3rd year staying at the Summerlyn, 3 different units, and liked this one the best.

3 friends at beach

Plenty of room and well stocked for kitchen use. Tower beach less than 30 minutes in traffic but it's a summer at the beach . Pool was usually not crowded and friendly people

Overall a lovely place close to much to do

Very clean. Nice layout and rooms. Close to the pool and alot of restaurants and shopping. Short drive to beach. We did a dolphin watching tour that was only 15 mins away and we saw so many dolphins. Linins provided but we did not seem to have enough for the sofa bed and futon. Bring dishwasher pods as only 3 provided for a family of 10 for an entire week. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. All but 2 of us found the beds comfortably . I have a bad back and could not sleep at all on the bed. I dont know what it was. For context in the 2 weeks prior i had stayed at 2 different hotels and a 2 week cruise and I was able to sleep on those beds. Its not a concern for most people so if you dont have back issues this is a great place. Also loved that it was on the ground floor as no stairs and you had a yard backing up to a pond that had turtles in it. There was also a little sitting area on the back patio with a grill. The kitchen was stocked nicely with utensils and a good variety of dishes and cooking equipment. Overall it is a wonderful place, i just wish the bed was better.

Fantastic week at the beach

It’s a great location. Most people are friendly my granddaughter loved the pool. It was a very nice condo to stay in for the week.

The condo was very lovely.

The condo was very well stocked with everything you need for the beach down to the beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bring your clothes and have a good time. The outlets were no far. The back patio was a delight in the morning, we saw some wildlife, fox and some turtles. A nive little grass area for the kids to play in while you cook dinner on the grill. Would stay again.

Family Trip - Great Experience

We had a fabulous week “beach hopping” while staying at this condo. It’s location was perfect for us to experience Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, and Cape Henlopen. The condo itself is well stocked and very comfortable. We loved the ground floor access and the pool. The owners were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. It was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. The only downside was traffic on route 1, but once we got used to it and planned for it, it wasn’t an inconvenience. Even with all the traffic, you can’t hear it in the condo. We had a great week and will absolutely keep this in mind if we return to the Delaware beach scene!

Wonderful stay

The condo was wonderful. Much of it has been renovated since the pictures in the listing. It was clean and beds were all very comfortable. We were very pleased with such a great place to stay for our sons wedding weekend.

Beautiful condo for our short visit

The Summerlyn Condo was a perfect spot for our quick trip to the Rehoboth/Lewes area. It was in a central location, so we could easily drive to any of the beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas. Inside, the condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all of the kitchen supplies and towels/linens we could use. The master bed was comfortable and the living room stuffed couch and chair were cozy. We enjoyed the beach decor on the walls! We were pleasantly surprised to find the beach chairs, beach towels, and especially the beach cart in the closet! Check in and out was very efficient and our hosts answered all of our questions right away. All in all, a great spot!

Lovely Place For Our Beach Stay

This comfortable condo is absolutely beautiful, well stocked and in a quiet area off the busy Coastal Highway. Very close to outlets. Owner is very responsive.

Very Relaxing Time at the Beach

Our family of 7 had a wonderful vacation staying here. The condo is very nice, clean, well appointed, and equipped. We felt very much at home there. Truddy and Harry were extremely responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. The complex was nice enough and pretty quiet most of the time. Our children enjoyed visiting the pool. The only downsides we experienced were the traffic getting to Rehoboth (not a huge deal if you plan ahead and are patient) and the walls are a bit thin. At times we could hear conversations and dogs barking in the condo next door. Even with those minor issues, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again. It was great for the price and a family of our size. We had a great holiday week!

Fun stay

The Condo very nice and clean. New linens were provided by the owner with tons of new towels. We went there for Memorials day weekend and it was raining the entire weekend 😩. I was there with 2 small Boys and was glad they enjoyed the fact that there was wifi and a firestick to watch their favorite shows. The furniture's, Beds and couches were nice and comfortable. It was too big for just the 3 of us but was very well worth the stay. The Condo was close to Cape Henlopen and to Rehoboth as well as the outlets. Very close to all the awesome restaurant. The seafood restaurants you can just walk to. The owners were very speedy with replying to every question I had. Overall, We loved the place.

Quick Weekend Getaway

Our family visits the Lewes area multiple times a year. We decided on a Thursday that we were in need of a weekend getaway and searched for available properties. We were so lucky to find this particular gem. The location was close to downtown Lewes and the boardwalk at Rehoboth, meeting our needs. The place was clean and updated. The owners were very responsive and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. We will definitely consider this property for our next stay in Lewes.

Great Home Base for the Price

We had a weekend planned for 2 couples and a child. The unit was convenient, clean and spacious. Everything we needed was there and the price was excellent. 1st floor access and back patio was a bonus.

Wonderful

We had an amazing time in this condo. We stayed 9/10-9/14. It was very clean and fresh feeling. I really appreciated how toddler friendly it was, as there was not much down low that she could get into. It is bigger then the pictures make it look. We spent a lot of time in the condo and it really felt like a home away from home.
