"Honestly a perfect stay, everything you need and a fantastic location. I am usually used to very luxurious properties so I was abit anxious before arriving however I wanted to stay longer than 2 nights by the end of our stay. I was there with my 1.5yr old and it was honestly perfect for what we needed, very convenient and enjoyable stay!"

"Well located, very short walk to shops, restaurants etc. Good off street parking, although spaces are small and large vehicles may obstruct others access. Reception staff are friendly and obliging. Room was tidy with good amenities that suited our needs. Overall our stay was comfortable. The shower in bathroom could have been cleaner. "Very clean and great location in the heart of Katoomba. Beautiful buildings with old world charm. Very comfortable stay."

"Historic hotel is well located between Katoomba and Blackheath so very easy drive to many sites. Due to age of hotel rooms a little small but functional, the decor even older was well maintained and cosy. Only cons room had to be cleaned again before we accepted it, however the management reacted well and solved the problem. Staff friendly however suggest a bit of training in customer service will work to help make this hotel even better. Overall would recommend this hotel."

"Good value for money. Whilst close to the Great Western Highway and train line didn’t really notice it. Walkable distance into Blackheath shops. Very comfortable bed. You won’t speak to any staff at all, self service and checkout through lock box.There is some basic self service breakfast if you want to eat in with cereal, juice and bread.
