"My family came in for a wedding in Dover, so we thought it more convenient to rent a house for the weekend. The house is picturesque, comfortable and clean with lovely decor. A coffee bar and a bottle of wine were waiting for us! Such thoughtfulness. Rachel and Jim answered all questions promptly. Across the parking lot is an eatery with excellent seafood and a lively night life. Bowers Beach on the Delaware Bay is a short walk away. We had an enjoyable, relaxing weekend. "

"It was a lovely home with many modern conveniences with interesting furnishings and decor. There was a lot of thought and time that went into everything we found in this home. My husband said I was like a kid on Christmas everytime I discovered something else (and he liked the new gadgets in the kitchen). There were only 2 of us, but with the bedrooms and the sofa beds, there was room for more. The home was close to everything we wanted to explore. I also enjoyed the view from the window...

"It was so convenient having everything available at the house. This meant that we had to pack so much less. The house was clean and very comfortable. One great thing was we were able to bring our dog along with us. Ken was always available and a really nice guy. "

"What a great beachfront property. All the amenities you would want from a beach house and a location that is hard to beat. The house isn’t just on the beach, it’s literally on top of it. It has all the amenities you would hope for in a VRBO and then add a full house speaker system, an elaborate shower, and laundry. It’s not a matter of IF, but WHEN will we visit Karen’s house again in the future! Highly recommended. "

"Our family of 7 adults and a 4-year old gathered here to celebrate a milestone birthday, and had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable and clean. "This family went above and beyond to make our anniversary weekend so special. The heated pool and hot tub were so nice. there was a grill and firepit. they even set up a projector so we could watch a movie outside at night. it was an amazing time. the property was clean and well taken care of. the camper was so cute and perfect for a weekend getaway for two. we will definitely be back next year. "
