This was a nice home to stay in for our time visiting the spa at Norwich Inn and we had a good time. ProsIt was immaculate!It is located close to all the casinos so if you are going to them, this is a good choice location-wiseCheck in was super easyIt has been recently updatedThe host was great about getting back to us quickly when we had a questionThere was plenty of room for everyone to sleepThere were thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes in the bathroom and K-cups ready to goConsIt is on a busy double yellow-lined road with quite a bit of road noiseIt is not a “brand new” house as it says in the title listing - it is an old house that has undergone a renovation - the outside is a bit roughRequired to strip beds, etc upon checkout Overall we are happy we stayed there :0)

Very nice updated property that was well stocked with needed supplies. Having the washer and dryer was especially helpful. The property was clean and attractive with plenty of room for our three guests. Love the proximity to BF Clyde’s Cider Mill. The cider donuts and slushies were fabulous! Thanks so much for sharing your rental with us.

We had a nice time but there is need for improvement. This does not appear to be a new home. There are issues with the floor throughout. By the downstairs bathroom it buckles when you step on it. The steps outside the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor caused several stubbed toes and trips. There is no central air. The upstairs window units did not operate properly in either room on the left. The first night it ran fine, but the second night it constantly turned off and the bedroom was hot. The downstairs standing unit did not keep the first floor cool. The house supposedly sleeps 8, which was the size of our party. Therefore two people had to sleep on the pullout in the living room. The problem was that when they pulled it out, it was filthy - crumbs which had fallen between the cushions were all over. The mattress was stained, so badly that the girls decided to sleep on the floor. Lastly, this house has a very bare bones kitchen. They had a nice coffee pot and dishwasher, but no large serving utensils or bowls. The location is very convenient with proximity to the. casino, and the bathrooms are large. We did not use the hot tub. We did have a nice trip, but I would probably not stay here again

Great place, new and clean! Used the hot tub and deck! Loved the large shower heads. If you forgot anything, they will have it there. Loved the place and area and will definitely be back to this house. So much to do in a close proximity.

Perfect for a week at Nationals!

Our family of six (plus grandma and our dog) had a perfect eight night stay! We were in town for a national dance competition at Foxwoods and this was a great retreat for us. We had everything we needed and the property was easy to get to and very welcoming. Had one question for the owner during our stay and received a response very quickly. We are extremely pleased and would absolutely stay here again!

Great house, Great stay!

My coworkers and I stayed here for a work conference. Perfect location, great communication with host and really nice house. We really enjoyed the hot tub too! Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Perfect

We were looking for a place near Mohegan Sun and found this perfect place to stay. Awesome kitchen the beds are so comfortable and the pillows are really nice. The view outside has a pretty cool view of the mountain behind it. The owner was so accommodating and answered questions promptly. Definitely recommend

Spotless, cozy, convenient ! 10/10 :-)

From the first communication re the property, the host was very responsive and helpful. We were looking for a property for a family fun weekend with plans to go to Mohegan. Very convenient location and a quick uber to the casino. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners of the property take great pride in their home- as well as the guests staying. The home was like new- clean- comfortable- spacious- cozy- and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms upgraded , perfect. The kitchen was open and spacious and a perfect gathering spot for a family of 8 to hang out. We will definitely be staying there again. :-) everything that we were looking for. c

Great stay close to concert at casino. House was beautiful. Only issue was there should be a handrail on stairway, which the property manager informed me it would be added in 2 weeks.

Great Location for Quick Casino Trip

Went away for the weekend with my wife and a few of our friends. The rooms at Mohegan were so expensive so we decided to find a close place on VRBO. This place is very well maintained and the host was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Place was clean, safe and close to casino less than 10 minutes. Would 100% stay here again on my next casino trip.

Great Getaway

It was a newly renovated property & was great. Everything was fresh & new. Most everything was provided that you would need. We would stay here again when coming to the area. We stayed for a week in October 2024.

Newly renovated with nice amenities.

Scott has a lovely newly renovated property. Everything was clean and comfortable. Owners were quick to respond to any inquiry..Close to both casinos and in a lovely wooded area.

Highly Recommend

Exceptional stay! This house is immaculate top to bottom. The owners have thought of every detail needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, peaceful country setting, while easily accessible to casinos, golf, Mystic, groceries, and exploring RI and Connecticut.
