The place was full of dust, dirt and an unpleasant smell, we were not able to stay due to my baby's difficulty breathing due to the dust.

Recerve por qué fui a visitar familiares y me era el mas cerca pero pésima la limpieza y rente dos sias mas y me dicen que no me cambiaban las sabanas que las tenia qué lavar yo y en nueve dias solo me pusieron un papel de baño y un javoncito llamaba y no contestaban le pedia a la de servicio cuando pasaba y me decia que tenia que llamar

Ubicado a pocas millas de la autopista, pero con un cartel en la entrada mal colocado que no llega a verse. Llegamos despues de las 6 pm por lo que era de noche. Poca iluminacion en el predio (que es normal) pero sin ninguna señalización el lugar donde se encontraba la recepción. La persona del checkin amable y fue bastante rapido. El studio es similar al de las fotos. Dos camas dobles, una mesa, dos sillas, heladera y una kitchenette con microondas y dos hornallas electricas. La falta de mantenimiento y limpieza era evidente. No habia utensillos ni un vaso o cubiertos descartables. El baño (un poco mas limpio que la cocina) pero con moho (hongos) en las paredes y techo, manchas en la pileta y piso (por pegamento mal colocado). Vimos varias veces cucarachas de diferentes tamaños. La climatizacion funcionaba bien y con el frio existente, fue reconfortante. Las camas comodas y con tres almohadas. Es un predio grande con muchas unidades, los studios son amplios pero le falta mantenimiento y limpieza (al menos a la unidad 180 que fue la que ocupamos)

Ese hotel es pésimo muy sucio y hay muchas cucarachas el personal no es amable la cama terrible y un mal olor muy fuerte en la habitación no se lo recomiendo a nadie ahy no vuelvo aunque me lo regalen tienen que tener más cuidado para recomendar ese hotel en su página

The front door staff was downright rude, not only to us, but also the customer she served before us. When I asked for a customer service number to call she said she doesn't have it. I asked her to have it for me the next day for check out, and she replied "I won't have it then either". The manager said, "just go to redroof.com" It said online we could check in at 3pm, but when we got there, we were informed that the room wasn't ready for another 2 hours. When we finally checked in 4 hours later, there was still a comforter missing that wasn't done drying. The property is very outdated and the bathroom was pretty dirty. The floor of the bathtub was black. Other guests in the property were very noisy into the late hours (midnight).

This place gives disgusting a whole new meaning! Absolutely everything in here is dirty, tables with sticky coffee stains, dirty toilets, showers, sinks with toothpaste in them, sheets with hairs and yellow stains on covers. Musky smells. Dust everywhere, dirty a/c, stains on walls. You name it! I don’t understand how this place still in business. Even after having a room change for a “better” one I had to go to the gas station to buy Lysol spray and wipes just so that I could enter the room. This place should be closed.

The directions on Google maps was not very clear and a bit confusing Google maps actually took me about a block and a half out of the way and made me drive through a neighborhood just to get back on the main street

Bad experience. Would not recommend. Spend more money and get rest . I spent 3 hours dealing with issues with the office. Worst experience ever with a hotel. This is more of a extended stay hotel so don’t expect the office to be open when it’s supposed to be . Place gives red roof a bad name

Poor customer service
Male at check in was very rude. I booked room for daughter and at check in was informed of another 75 needed on a card amd that 50 was a deposit. These hidden fees are not on this site and would not take a cc over phone for daughter. He was very ride about it too

The room was dirty, when I entered and turned on the lights, I saw a few roaches. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I had booked 2 nights. The clerk said I could not receive one, since the rez was booked thru Expedia. After, several attempts to reach management, Expedia came back and reported mgmt would not grant the refund. I left the hotel immediately after I saw the room. I didnt stay any nights, and had to pay for 2 addl nights at another hotel. This is not acceptable. I will be calling my bank to reject the payment.

For the money this is a great Hotel The staff was super for check in Room was clean and lots of room Love the full size fridge Wifi was great and TV was great I had no issues with week stay Recommend to his hotel to everyone
