"We really enjoyed this house! It has a great layout, has everything you need in terms of amenities and was very clean. It’s a very short walk or drive to the beach and once they are done rebuilding the sidewalk along the main road, the walk into town will be very easy! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Ann is a wonderful host and has created an amazing place. The pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture throughout is great. We moved from a larger, newer house in princeville to Ann’s place and the improvement in sleep quality due to the Aweosme mattress and pillows was greatly appreciated by everyone in our group. The house is fully stocked with a coffee grinder and a bin of whole beans for great coffee at the house. The loft area upstairs was a hit with the kids. The lack of AC takes some...

"Excelente ubicación en barrio residencial en Poipu. Muy amplio y espacioso. Cama King muy cómoda. Cocina súper completa y acceso directo a un jardín con hamacas, mesa/sillas, sombrilla con luz para cena y bbq. Nos encantaba tomar una cerveza en el jardín al llegar del día de caminatas. A 1h en coche de los trails de Waimea y Kekee. Se hace bien. Son 3 habitaciones en planta baja y Cameron vive arriba. Pero es todo muy privado y tranquilo. Ofrece zona común con lavadora y secadora muy útil....

"Due to a last-minute issue we had to book another place last minute. We booked Jake's place and could not have been happier. It is about 2 blocks from the beach. All the things needed in a kitchen to make breakfast. (That is all we made). We loved the layout. Very nice washer and dryer. Private parking was a big plus. We will definitely stay here again when our travels take us back to Kauai. "

"Had a nice stay for a long weekend. Talked story with the owners and got some suggestions on where to go. Most of the time we were really busy bc of a volleyball tournament. Having the a/c in one of the bedrooms was very much needed as it was hot and muggy. Ceiling fans helped a lot too. The owner’s dog came to visit a few times while we stayed. He knows how to open the door if left ajar lol. Very friendly dog. Owners respond well to text. They live right behind the rental. No need to buy...

The wagon and beach chairs were appreciated, and the path to the beach was a short walk. We spent a lot of time on the front porch swings just relaxing. The house and location were great and our host, Mike, was very quick to respond to any texts/questions we had. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Kauai!!"
