"We had a great stay at the lake! Location was beautiful and nice to have access to the dock and kayaks. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the outside fire ring one evening. Being able to bring our pets was a plus too!"

"The house was very comfortable, clean and well-equiped with cooking utensils, etc. The walk to the lake was a bit of a trek for an 80 year old with a bad leg, but not bad. The walkway was clean and make the slope manageable. The dock was very nice! Loved the swing and seating on the dock. Would definitely rent again."

"Property was just as advertised with no surprises....that in itself is a big plus! Caroline was always quick to answer any questions or concerns we had although there were few. The bedtooms and bathrooms were clean and well set up. The pontoon boat was used for 3 days during our stay and was plenty big enough to accomodate our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Lake Hartwell is a large, beautiful lake and the inflatable, two-person chair on the premises was towed behind the boat every day we used...

"My family and I just had the most magical stay at this comfy, cozy, nature retreat! We arrived tired from a travel day from hell due to unforseen flight delays but just entering this home wiped our slate clean. We all just dropped that "baggage " at the door and forgot about it all because this house felt like home. All 5 of us recommend anyone looking for a retreat or a home away from home; stay here. "
