"The AC did not work in the front master bedroom, could not sleep in that room. No instructions were given to turn the water on outside of the houseboat. No WIFi previous guestbook indicated WIFi had not been operable for their stay as well. No WIFI meant our cell phones were is SOS with no way to reach family or in event of emergency. No WIFI meant the TV was also inoperable. The toilet seats were loose, the towels were in bad shape, the rug was filthy. and there were dead flies and bugs...

Myrna/Nina were wonderful to work with, prompt response and resolution. Just needed the thermostat adjusted a little as a woman in menopause and that was it!Thank you!!"
