From the pictures we had high hopes for this property and it far exceeded our expectations. It was a stunningly beautiful home and the views were amazing. Every single room was clean, comfortable, and decorated perfectly. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and had everything one needed. All the activities, inside and outside, were a huge hit. We almost didn't make it to the hot springs, because there was so much to do at the property. It might become an annual stay.

We stayed here with friends and family for my husband's 40th birthday. We loved all the individual rooms, big gathering spaces, theater room and games! We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. There is ample parking, we had 6 vehicles

We stayed at this home with a group ranging in age from 76 years to 6 months, and it was perfect for everyone! The house was packed with activities and things to do—there was truly something for all ages. The theater and game room were a huge hit with the kids, and the setup of the house was ideal for our group. Babies could nap peacefully in the upstairs sleeping areas, while older family members enjoyed the main living space, and the kids had a blast being loud and playing downstairs.The kitchen was very well stocked, with massive pots that made cooking for our large group easy. The only thing we needed to bring was a large skillet, but everything else was provided. We also loved the massive table, which was perfect for adult games in the evening.Our stay was fantastic, and we hope to return again in the future! Highly recommend this property for multigenerational groups.

The house is incredible. There is plenty to do inside and out. The downstairs has everything from table games to a theater room. The outside firepit, grass, pickleball court and hot tub is excellent. It is well stocked with toys and fun things for all ages. The bedrooms and kitchen are excellent. And it is really close to the hot springs, tubing the river and the pools. All and all we had a great time at our family outing.

We loved everything about our stay in lava Hot Springs. Thanks to our host and this beautiful home! We will definitely be back! If we could give it higher than a five star, we would! Our family had a wonderful time at this home where every family group had their own room. This allowed naps without interruption for those who needed them as well as a space to keep "individual stuff" out of the common areas. The game rooms and theater room were a huge hit and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and easily accommodated large meal prep. (I would recommend bringing a large covered skillet if your meal requires one.) There was also plenty of room in the dining area for the folding table and 6 chairs we brought to allow everyone to sit down together at meal time. Overall I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

A fantastic stay, the property has so many amenities that we spent most the time at the house instead of doing activities in lava. Had a blast with our family reunion of 26 people in this very new and clean home. The hot tub, pickleball court, theater room, and game console were almost always in use, and the little girls were constantly in the basement play area under the stairs. We were pleased with how close to downtown the property was. We walked into town twice, it was a nice short walk past the park, the church, then to the grocery store.

The house is tech awesome! We love to game with our kids and this house has plenty of TVs for multiple gaming stations. Theater room was comfy and the huge screen was great for 8 player games. We had a great family vacation!

The property was absolutely perfect . It had more than enough room for our big group . It was full of activities for any age ( video games , theater room, pool table , ping pong )! The owners were so awesome to communicate with . We will definitely stay again . A perfect place !!!

We were thoroughly impressed with the house and with the host. They were extremely kind and accommodating, answering every message within the hour. The house is so beautiful and equipped with just about everything you can think of, down to wireless charging in each room for your phone. We had a big group of kids staying with us and they had a blast in the theater room, playing pool and air hockey, and getting in the hot tub! We loved our stay at this home and hope to come back in the future!
