Then we found LIVE termites on the walls, and in our bed, and all over the room! It was stressful. We had to find a new place to stay & pack up our things!"

"Location location! Across the street from the beach. The unit was clean and comfy with beachy decor, we had a cute kitchen, this place had all we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The pool is awesome, heated with nice lounge chairs. Walking distance to restaurants or jump on the circuit. The host James was great very nice and easy to contact. We had a great time and hope to return."

"My husband and I stayed in this property for 13 nights. The beach was a .2 mile/5 minute walk. The town square was about a 1/2 mile walk. The property, inside, and outside was very clean. Publix grocery store and CVS were a very short 3 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. We had our car, but a car is not needed at this place. The unit was one of four in a small complex located in the midst of a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The location was great. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach and there were plenty of stores/restaurants within walking distance.The rental property was disappointing. When we arrived the smell of bleach/cleaning product was overpowering. The linens on the bed were stained and old. We needed to ask for more towels, only two sets of towels were there for two adults for a five night stay. The furniture was bare minimum and very uncomfortable."

"It was as expected based on pictures. Great communication. Place was clean. Beach is .4-.5 miles easy walk. Great restaurants same distance. It does get a bit hot at night in the bedrooms though fans help. They want you to run dishwasher and wash towels at checkout though do not provide the soap. I would recommend you bring dishwasher and laundry pods. Our towels were not fresh and I’m thinking the guest before us did not buy laundry soap. "
