There are a lot of really excellent aspects of this property. The bedrooms and washrooms are great and there are 6. Plenty for a large group of friends or family. The pool is great, nice patio, good sunshine and clean. It is easy to find the place and easy drive to Cefalu or to get anywhere in Sicily. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The outdoor dining areas are great. Things that could be better: there is no large room to sit inside other than the kitchen. We used the outdoor area next to the kitchen which was fine except when it rained hard. The beach is a good long walking distance away, if you are into that and the you had to drive to get groceries or a cafe etc. overall we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it if you are there to go to the beach or want to use it as a place to explore Sicily.

Had a terrific holiday at this villa and would highly recommend. We were a party of 11 ages ranging from 12 to 81.We used all 6 bedrooms and there was plenty of room for all of us.Great outside spaces for eating and a fantastic pool and lovely surround for sunbathing.Benedetto was a perfect host, always on hand if needed. We managed without a car , three restaurants and the beach an easy walk away, also a well stocked supermarket.The railway station around 15 mins walk was well used for trips to Cefalu, a lovely seaside town with lots of shops and eateries .Only 8 minutes on the train so easy to pop in for a few hours. The younger ones in our party made full use of the bikes for trips to the beach and shopping. One of the highlights of our stay was having Marco come to us and cook a truly sumptuous 3 course meal, a wonderful experience! We have had a few family holidays and the overall feeling was this was the best one ever! Thankyou Benedetto, we were sad to leave.

Family Holiday

Traditional Italian Villa really quirky with a beautiful pool, a few good restaurants within walking distance along with a nice beach bar. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend it in a heartbeat. Definitely would recommend a trip into Cefalù greta beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Thank you Benedetto for your hospitality

Lives up to its name - paradise

We had a wonderful stay the first 2 weeks of May. The villa had everything we needed, the bedrooms were ideal for large groups with en suite, tv and fridge in every room. Lots of outdoor space which accommodated 13 ppl with ease. The pool was the highlight for all the children (and adults) and the ability to pick fresh fruit from the trees every morning was such a treat. We booked Marco the chef and his partner for an exquisite dinner, wld highly recommend. Benedetto was a great host, promptly responded to any message or request and was very friendly. Word of warning the mosquitos can be fierce, especially on an our pale skin so be prepared, the darker skinned in the party weren’t so bothered. The sun shone every day apart from 1 day and the Vila was perfectly positioned for the beach just a 2 min cycle away and restaurants and train station to take us to nearby Cefalu and Palermo. We all had a really lovely holiday and will look back on it with very fond memories. Thank you Benedetto

Fun for a family

This villa is perfect for a family stay, total 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bd/ba in a separate house. We stayed in April and our pool was heated, we enjoyed swimming even though it was cool weather. Location is very nice. 3 very good restaurants in walking distance. We were going to Cefalu quite often for lunch/dinner and beach. Huge backyard for kids to run around and play structures. 2 large outdoor tables for alfresco eating.

Villa Giardino Paradiso True to the name

We had eight family members including small children. The rooms were all comfortable and accommodating. We could walk to restaurants and walk to beautiful beaches. Or spend a day having fun in the pool or hosting a party with a moustache licking meal prepared by Chef Marco. The host for the villa was also first class

Liten ort men perfekt hus för det stora sällskapet. Lugn och fin strand, två restauranger och väldigt lugnt område, enkelt att åka tåg till Cefalu och/eller Palermo.

Great venue for a family holiday

We are a family of 4 couples one single and one small child. Comfortable large bedrooms with aircon and en-suite shower rooms. Perfect for our needs. Great pool. Two outdoor eating / sitting /chatting areas and BBQ used regularly. Garden with play area for our toddler. Very good supermarket 10-15 walk, great selection of fresh fish and seafood. Train station similar easy walk with regular trains to Cefalu and Palermo. Beach 10 mins easy walk Recommended

A brilliant large group villa in a great location!

We stayed as large family group using 5 bedrooms with one spare. Each room had its own bathroom which was really appreciated. Lovely pool and loads of outside space. We booked the chef for a birthday meal and can highly recommend - wonderful food and great personal service. Benedetto was a great host and helped whenever we needed it. Professional and friendly. Walking distance to beach and cafes of lascari , a short drive to cefalu. We had great weather late September except for 1 rainy day. It was a fabulous holiday. Thank you!

Dejligt sted

Alt var perfekt, og værten var meget hjælpsom med alt, både ridetur, oliven tur, og en kok til at lave aftens maden en aften. Poolen var varm og stor. Alt var til et 5 stjernet ophold, kan klart anbefales, af alle 10 i vores familie.

Great time!

We had a great time at the villa . It was all as advertised and all bedrooms had en suite which was great for a large group (12 of us ) We did have a car which was useful for shopping and trips further afield but we also walked to the station for trips to Cefalu and Palermo (amazing food in Palermo!) The trains were on time and very clean and comfortable but there aren’t many of them so you do need to plan your trip well with the timetable . One in our party went horse riding which was a great trip out . We also walked to the local beach (10 mins) which was much quieter than Cefalu. We all had fun in the pool which was lovely to cool down in . The kitchen was very well equipped with absolutely everything you would need . Benedetto replied quickly to messages from the beginning and was always helpful and respectful. All in all we had a really great time and would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone who would like to visit this lovely area of Sicily.

Lovely Sicilian Getaway

We just returned from a lovely two week Sicilian getaway. The villa is just as described. We enjoyed the home, pool, garden, and bicycles. The villa location is close to 2 excellent restaurants, within walking distance and the beach. Benedetto was so helpful. He arranged for a chef to come to the villa to prepare several delicious dinners. So magical to dine in the garden after a great day of sightseeing in Sicily. We will be booking this amazing property again. Ci vediamo presto !

Very nice place

We stayed for 1 week, and we had a very nice vacation. It is easy to take the train to Cefalù or Palermo,the beach is just 5 min by bikes. I really loved the outdoor kitchen, easy to prepare good dinner or breakfast for many peoples. All just perfect 👍.

Great holiday

Everything met expectations. The house with generous space and well equipped kitchen and very nice and comfortable social area outside. The pool perfect. Nice beach in walking distance and the restaurant Da Piero was perfect for family with excellent service. Walk or bicycle to supermarket. We are very satisfied with the stay.

A very lovely place for the family

Benedetto was an excellent host. We were there while it was very rainy and not having an inside sitting area was a bit of a problem. However the warm outdoor pool was a life saver on cold cloudy days. Easy walk to the beach, the train station and the supermarket.We managed with out a car and did trips to palermo and cefalu. Excellent Sicilian dinner cooked by chef Marco. Extensive outdoor space was a real advantage for us with small kids in our group who loved the swings. Easy walk to two restaurants and the lido on the beach. Picked fresh mulberries, loquats and oranges from the garden. If the weather had been better it would have been perfect but was a bit hard to manage the space in very rainy weather. To be fair we were there during the floods in Italy so everywhere was struggling.

Family holiday

Lovely house for a family gathering. As we visited early in the season we paid for the pool to be heated which was well worth it, we thoroughly enjoyed swimming, playing with the pool toys and sunbathing. Our granddaughter was well provided for with highchair, cot, and garden toys too. A car is needed to get to the local supermarket and to explore the area.

Prima ingericht huis

Lekkere woning met veel slaapkamers, met ieder zij eigen douche. Bij leuke cefalu, wel auto nodig. Op verzoek was het zwembad heerlijk verwarmd. Tuin erbij. Bedden vonden wij minder.

A wonderful house

We had a very pleasent stay at Giordan Paradiso. The host were most serviceminded and helpful in all ways. The villa had all facilities that you needed for a week. A beautiful garden and a pool that our grandchildren loved. We can highly recommend this house,

Really. Nice - must have a car to get to Cefalu

We rented this place with my friends - we all really enjoyed hanging out by the pool, bbq‘s and all slept well. You need a car to get to Cefalu, otherwise by bike distance it‘s quite dangerous. The bikes provided from the owner are not fully functionnal. Everything worked fine appart from the dishwasher and we had no Access to any cleaning products in the house so we had to purchase everything.

Great villa for relaxing holiday

Great property for a large group. We used 6 bedrooms (including the pool house) in August which provide lots of space for our group of 12, each bedroom having an en suite is excellent. Pool area recently refurbished with lots of sun loungers and an umbrella for shade (need as so hot !). Lots of outside space to relax in, the large outside eating area by the bbq was fantastic with a big dining table for evening meals, lots of seating outside the kitchen with another table and sofa and chairs. Villa is well located and only a 10 minute walk to the beach which has a nice beach bar, a number of bikes were also available to use if you wanted to go a bit further afield. Benedetto was very friendly and helpful host and ensured that some problems with the air conditioning were fixed as soon as possible, also arranged for Chef Marco to come in and cook for us one evening. Pizza restaurant was 5 minutes walk away, friendly place with good value food. Would happily visit Villa Giardino Paradiso again.
