The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, and surrounded by breathtaking views that made our stay feel truly special.What truly set our time apart was the warmth and care of our hosts Benedetto, Chef Marco and Maria Concetta Moreci. They went above and beyond to organise not only a gorgeous wedding venue and a delicious dinner, but also wonderful entertainment with live singing and a lively disco to round off the evening. The location is great. We used the train to go to Palermo and Cefalu offen. We were a large group. Everyone had their own space. There is an outdoor space where we all could gather but personally I wish the larger outdoor space was a bit more comfortable. There's two large picnic tables. We like to hang out together. The spa isn't open to use all the time. There are good restaurants near by. The sea is just a short walk.

We were a large group of extended family. Check in was easy; Benedetto met us there and gave us a tour. The streets are not well-lit, or really lit at all, and the street signs are practically nonexistent, so a couple people in our group who didn’t get there until after dark got lost at first. The three villas were clean and we had everything we needed to cook for our group. However, most of the pots and pans were very much the yard sale variety. The yard was spacious and there was plenty of outdoor seating.The pool was wonderful—very large for a private house and we all loved it. Be sure to bring plenty of bug spray, as the mosquitoes are numerous. The beach, train station and supermarket are all an easy walk from the villa.

It was a good stay and friendly host

We enjoyed our time and thought Bennedetto an excellent host. It felt a little rushed in the morning to get us out before our checkout time, and that was a little annoying. But there was rain coming and they were trying to wash all the sheets, so it was understandable. The property was excellent and the pool and villas were 5 stars. The mattresses and pillows are what you might find at a solid 3 star hotel (but not at a 4 star hotel). If you need a good mattress, like a few in our party, that might be the only concern. But they were great for the kids. Just not great for the adults. Same issue with some of the pillows. The distance to the beach was wonderful, and the bikes were very fun and made for some late night rides to the ocean. Again, I would recommend this place for anyone trying to stay somewhere close to Cefalu but in a bit quieter location, away from all the tourists.

Anazing space, great pools and close to a train station!

The three houses were plenty big enough, so many room options for multiple people. The place was mostly very clean and surrounded by lemon trees. The pools were really great and one of them is HUGE. Having the bicycles was a brilliant add on as you needed one to pop to the local supermarket. There is a beach a couple of mins walk down the road but I wouldn't say it was a family friendly lounging beach, more of a pleasant walk and quick exercise swim. We were there in May and there was not much open but there is a great train station a couple of minutes walk away which goes all along the north coast. We visited Cefalu several times (a very beautiful town!). The villa owner was extremely responsive and thoughtful. Nothing was an issue. There were 15 of us total and it was a glorious couple of weeks. We also used the spa/massage which was a lovely addition to the trip. You can walk 15/20 mins walk to various restaurants but do check if they're open first. This may be because the month of May is just generally quite. The views from the poolside were beautiful and we would return. Thank you Benedetto!!

We had a superb stay at the villa to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our company, taking current and former staff there for a week. Benedetto was the ultimate host, responsive and supportive, and the setting was superb. We enjoyed both staying in the villa and touring the locality, from the beach and culture in Cefalu to wine tasting in the mountains. Absolutely wonderful place and host

The host Benedetto was so welcoming and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. He hooked us up with a private chef who came and cooked us classic sicilian food one evening. We were a total of 14 people aged between 3 and 67. The pool area and the houses suited us perfectly. Short distance to the beach and train station and the place has bicycles for free use. We couldnt have been more pleased with the compound or with Benedetto, will defenetly come back.

Excellentes prestations à un emplacement idéal.

Cet ensemble de 3 villas est idéal pour les groupes. Le coin des 2 piscines est magnifique et spacieux. Des jeux pour enfants sont prévus ainsi qu'une balançoire. Le jardin autour des villas est très beau, et nous avons pu profiter pleinement des odeurs des nombreux orangers sur place. La proximité avec Cefalù, les grands axes de la Sicile et la gare de Tascali est un vrai plus ! Pour finir, merci à Benedetto qui a sû s'adapter à notre arrivée et notre départ très tôt le matin. Une réussite pour notre séjour !

Great house on great location!

We had a great stay in Benedetto s house! We were with two families with small children. The 2 pools were perfect for all of us! The house has everything you need, with a lot of privacy. We loved to go by bike to do groceries, a small trip with the children or going to the beach just a few minutes away by bike! The house was perfect and we enjoyed a lovely dinner cooked by the chef! All in all a very relaxing holiday!

Tolle Woche im November

Wir waren mit 2 Familien bei Benedetto zu Gast. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind richtig toll. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und die vielen Orangenbäume waren voller reifer Früchte. Die beiden Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und absolut unkompliziert. Wir können diese Villas auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Bello l'impatto con il verde ,la semplicità delle case e l'accoglienza degli esterni .

Vacanza molto rilassante .Le piscine hanno avuto un ruolo importante . Le case sono fresche e ben servite di tutto il necessario.Un po' di strada per il mare ,ma è servita da passeggiata . L'acqua pulita e la spiaggia non affollata. Comodità esterne che ci hanno permesso relax serale Unico andicap le zanzare che nel pomeriggio disturbavano ,ma la sera scomparivano. Grande disponibilità da parte di Benedetto il proprietario. Ho apprezzato molto il silenzio .Tornati rigenerati!

Empfehlenswert, sehr schöne, grosszügige Anlage. Grosser Pool. Sauber. Küche gut eingerichtet, Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Nahe Meer, 5-10Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Würden das Haus wieder mieten.
