Close to airport and strip

Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I stay in a lot of VRBO’s and this isn’t one I’d stay at again.

Great Location

Well laid out and private. Could use a chair in each bedroom and a nightstand or dresser in single bedroom (daughter's phone, glasses, water, flashlight, etc. on the floor at night) and, a coffee table in sitting room (again, drinks on the floor if watching TV). No fault of the owners, but neighbour's barking dogs, luckily only during the day, are a pain, but super quiet at night. Will probably need future updating as some shabbiness is showing (cabinet doors won't stay closed, stained table, stained dresser), but still a nice place with great owner (helped jump start our car when battery died) and well stocked.

Girls Getaway in Vegas

Nice guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood. Quick Uber ride to the Strip but away from all the craziness. Super responsive hosts.

Back yard guest house

Online listing did not mention that this was a guest house, located behind their actual house with a shared driveway. No curtains in the bedrooms/living room was a lack of privacy. Pictures posted showed certain amenities yet they were not provided. No trash cans in any bathrooms or bedrooms. Only one for the entire place under kitchen sink. Blankets in closet had pet hair and bathroom sinks and towels had several black ants. Property manager was nice and friendly, showed property and explained 'rules'. Also, my confirmation showed a 12 noon checkout time and by 9:15am I had received a text from the property owner telling me that check out was at 10am. Also says it sleeps 8, however there are only 3 beds, sleeps only 6. Overall, it was not what we expected and we will not be returning.

Great location/privacy

The condo was very private with covered parking and a security gate. It was in a neighborhood that was very quiet. It appeared clean, but could have used a little more cleaning(tile floor, heater/air conditioning filter caked with dust). The tv in the livingroom only got Netflix, Master bedroom had only six channels no remote(owner stated replacing tvs after we leave. Bring your own hand soap and dish detergent. No trash cans in both bathrooms. The owners were friendly and provided other items as we needed them.

Perfect Stay away from Casinos - but close enough

Owner was quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. Loved the secluded area where the gated and fenced yard is completely separate from the main house. Decent outside space that's friendly for pets. Inside could use a little updating but it was ample for our needs. We took an uber to the casinos at night when we wanted to and it worked out perfectly. We were in town for the world of concrete convention and brought our 2 yorkies so we weren't looking for a cheap casino room. We wanted more of a home away from home experience and I'm so grateful to have found this one! Thanks Maribel!!

This property

It’s about 20 min from the strip so about a 20-60$ Uber or Lyft ride. It only sleeps 6 not 8 and the husband of the property doesn’t want anyone coming to the VRBO that is not on the list. He tried to charge me 35$ per person that came to my room. It is in their backyard so there really is no privacy. Liked the home just not the drive to the strip or the fact they don’t want people over.

Rental is close to the strip, which is a plus. Property owners are totally awesome. They made my family and me feel right at home. Will definitely book with them on our next Vegas vacation. Thank you so much Maribel and Sergio.

Property Nice, But......

The property was nice, but was missing some essentials, such as mixing bowls, measuring spoons, measuring cups, a pitcher, serving dishes, casserole dishes, baking utensils, etc. , as well as a bedside table and lamp for the 2nd bedroom. All we were told was something about “allergies “. We were given 2 trash cans for the bathrooms and a bedside table for my sister’s C-PAP machine for the 2nd bedroom on the 3rd day of our 5-day stay. Also on the evening of the 3rd day, the husband finally got the oven turned off after we had cooked lasagne for 1hr.40min. & it was on almost 2 additional hours with the ac thermostat not set right for 3 days. It got up to 86 degrees on the house that day. Fortunately, after he fixed the stove & thermostat, the temperature was much better for the remainder of our stay!
