The property had dead grass and dead trees. The dishwasher was broken and leaked when started up.The faucet wouldn't turn off in one of the bathrooms. There was dust on all the blinds. The pots and pans were crusted with food. There were no pool chairs other than the chairs and tables. No access to the garage - which would have been fine if the pool chairs had been accessible. The stucco on the driveway had large chunks taken out.

Why I got this house because it was the only one with a grage and it said we could use it when I got there I called them they said no we could not put my car inside I have a show car 1964 impala that I had to leave out side and the pool was not clean I think befor the guess shows up everything should be clean i called and they told me you see the pole clean it why do I have to clean there pool if I paid cleaning fee and there no why I could cook with pans that look so old and towels if you stay here bring your pots and towels and it was 115 and they want you to put there a/c no lower then 75 if you do they will put it back to 75 it was so hot inside and you also have to take there trush cans out side the my stay was for 3 night we left one day early it was to hot with a/c at 75 and my car outside I was hoping to fine a house in las vegas were I could rent ever time we go but this is not the house its in a nice neighbor hood to the owner don't charge cleaning fee if we have to clean i understand pick up your trash but take your trash cans out side and clean pool thats wrong its like me telling my customers take your dirty oil from your maintenance on your car i have to say they did send some one to clean the pool later it was to late we were done

Vegas Vacation

As I always read the reviews it is important to share the experience. We had a great stay off the strip. It was nice to visit Hoover Dam, enjoy great food and casino's then get to a location away from the hustle. The house had a wonderful pool and hot tub along with the washer and dryer (so we could pack light)! Recommended stay!

Annual Family Concerts

If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood for your family to stay while in Las Vegas this is the place. It was clean. We enjoyed the pool. Every year my son and his family meet in Las Vegas to enjoy some concerts in town. This place is about a 10 minute drive to the strip. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you
