Wonderful place and great communication from owner
The stay at Lake Las Vegas was overall excellent. I would highly recommend the place. It is close enough to Las Vegas but you feel miles away. Strolling the complex is pleasant and the grocery store on site is very convenient. The condo is in excellent condition and has everything you would need. Both bedrooms have plenty of space and feel comfortable.

Great view!
Location is about 1/2 out of Las Vegas but we knew that and were ok with it. It was a lovely condo and had a great view of Lake Las Vegas. Very quiet and secure. Only complaint is that the bathrooms need a floor mat in the showers. Floor was very slippery in the shower. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Spectacular Vacation
This condo has amazing views of Lake Las Vegas. We spent many hours lounging on the balcony. We also cook in quite a bit and had almost everything we needed. The unit is very comfortable and spacious. Excellent place for a vacation. We look forward to returning.

Lake Las Vegas getaway
The property was quite nice and very convenient for us. We love the village and variety of restaurants. The pool is not heated so unless you want an ice plunge forget about it. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Hi Terry. Thank you for your review! We checked with building management and confirmed that the pool heater was not down at any point during your stay or at any point in the recent past. As noted in our visitor guide, one of the two pools and the spa are heated year-round. The smaller pool is not heated, so it is likely that you may have only checked the temperature on that pool and not the other. Great getaway in Las Vegas
Excellent place to stay away from the busy downtown strip. Apartment was ideal for two couples. Close enough to the strip to grab an Uber or short car trip.

Great views from this LLV condo!
The owners were great to work with and easy to contact. The condo has plenty of room and great views of LLV. If you want to get away from the strip and see LLV, this is the place to stay.

Outstanding views
Overall, the property was great place to stay and would return. Close to restaurants and fun activities. Suggest regular maintenance updates and walk thru prior to guest arrival to ensure all appliances working properly ( ie Microvave wasn't working)

Golf Getaway
We come to the Las Vegas area to stay away from the strip. This condo was perfect for a 5 day golf getaway. The best part was being able to walk to great restaurants at the end of the day - followed by a lovely place to hang out. We do this trip every year. OH! Garage Parking!!!! What a plus.

Great Spot
Cristian and Mariana's place is great. Highly recommend for a nice quiet stay! Close enough to the strip, but a great way to avoid the hustle and bustle of staying down there the whole time. Great hosts, and would definitely stay with them again the next time I'm in the area.

What you would hope for.
The unit was all the thing that you would both want and expect. The view was a delight and you felt at home. A much nicer environment than dealing with the Vegas strip. Came here once 5 years ago…won’t go back to the strip again. Worth renting .

Away from it all
It was a drive into the city but I wanted to be somewhere that I knew I’d be safe. It’s great how once you are there you don’t have to leave because there are places to eat and a grocery store.

Enjoyed our stay - would recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay! We liked the accommodations....especially the pool. Condo was clean and owner seems to be very nice and easy to contact. Check in and check out processes were easy as well. We would definitely consider staying here again and would also recommend this condo to others!

I I lived in Las Vegas for over 40 years and had been gone about 6 months we now live in Seattle. Came back down here to visit my parents and our stay at Lake Las Vegas was wonderful. Mariana and Christian were great hosts property was clean and everything was great. Look forward to visiting again thanks for everything would highly recommend!

Good location, bad communication from owners
This property was in a good location and central to a lot of the activities that we were doing. It would've been excellent had we not come the week that we had. They were working on the water main lines and our water was shut off 4 of the nights that we were there between 11pm and 6am. Which actually ended up getting shut off between 10:30-11pm. And no more heated pool or hot tub for the 4 days. We couldn't flush the toilet or wash our hands during this time so when we left early for our flight we couldn't even wash our face or hands and brush our teeth let alone flush the toilet. That was bad but what was worse was being woken up by loud sawing and drilling almost every night while they were working. We feel that this information should have been disclosed to us before our stay and that we should've been given the opportunity to decide whether or not we wanted to continue with out reservations there. Honestly, the condos should not have been rented out for that week of work. When we brought our grievances to the owners they said "sorry for the inconvenience." When we asked for a partial refund they gave us a small fraction of what we paid overall which was very disappointing.

Thank you for your review. The water interruptions that happened exclusively at night were out of our control and fully communicated with the guest beforehand. The guest was also partially refunded, even though the interruptions were as stated before their stay. However, they wanted to basically have the condo at cost, which we found to be unreasonable, as they got to make full use of it and the facilities. All construction was completed as planned and things were back to normal before their stay ended…. and remain that way today.

Wonderful condo, will return again
This condo was a gem. Spacious, views, and great local amenities. Owners communicated perfectly, even reached out to let us know of events happening during our stay which we could enjoy. My husband is already planning to stay here during our trip next year.

Great view!
Loved the location of this property! Amazing views! Chris was very responsive with a couple things that were broken. Loved the floors and kitchen. Would of Loved a few more items to cook with in kitchen but I had my young grandchildren with me. I'm sure it's good enough for most. I'm a health freak lol. This is the 3nd property I stayed with Chris and would recommend on service alone!

Fabulous family getaway
We wanted a relaxed spot away from the crowds for sun and swimming. It was perfect. The food/dining options on site were great, lovely and well-secured setting, great grocery/deli. Only word of warning is how cold the pool is, even for kids. We were told that 1 pool was heated, but both were equally shocking, no difference in temperature.

So sorry about the cold pool. It turned out there was a problem with the heater, which has since been fixed. Very sorry about the inconvenience.

In town to see family
We have stayed in Las Las Vegas before and like the location. This unit was clean, slightly dated and lacked some basic amenities. The owner was willing to supply these items, however we opted to purchase them ourselves rather than have to wait for them to be delivered. We discovered after we arrived that they were going to be working on the plumping and that the water would be disrupted for a day. We ended up having hot water issues for four days. The hot water issue could not have been known, however I would have appreciated the owner letting me know before we arrived that the plumbing was going to be worked on instead of having to read a sign posted in the elevator. I did ask for a discount for not having hot water for four days and he did agree to a lesser amount than I was asking for.

Thank you for your review and apologize for the plumbing work that took place in the building. It was initially expected to take only a few hours but it took longer than expected and the hot water had some issues. It was a building-wide issue that we had no control over and we didn’t hear about it from you until it was already fixed. This was a one time issue that should not happen again.

The Best of Lake Las Vegas!!
This Viera Villa was the perfect place for our 8 day get-away for many reasons! Here are some of the most important for us. -Quick and Easy Check-In- Garage parking and contact free entry. -Shiny Clean- The sparkling clean space is the first thing I noticed as we opened the door to enter the room. The fresh scent was obvious throughout the building as well. On a daily basis, staff were cleaning the interior lobbies, elevators and hallways as well as the the exterior garden and pool areas. -Great Location- This unit is on the 6th and top floor, with the best views of the lake, pools and surrounding areas. -Responsive Management- All of our questions and concern were responded to immediately. - Window Views- No matter where you are in the villa you can enjoy the views. - Nicely furnished- My husband and I liked the fact that there were King sized beds in both rooms. We had some friends come in for part of our stay and it was perfect. Having two full sized sofas in the living area was great. (I think they were both sleeper sofas, even though we didn't use them.) We enjoyed having a full sized dining table, as well. -Restaurants - We arrived just as Nevada was starting to open up again and we didn't want to worry about crowded areas. We stayed in and cooked ourselves for the first few days. We did hear that the local restaurants were very busy over the weekend. During the weekdays we went out and enjoyed eating out on the patio's of several of the area restaurants. We felt safe with the employees wearing masks and practicing social distancing. The unit had every amenity we needed. The master closet does need to have the hanging rod/bracket replaced, but we were able to use the closet in the other bedroom for what we needed. We already miss this relaxing, beautiful place. We are back in Phoenix emerged in our hectic normal routines! We hope to return in the future. It's nice to know it's so close to home. Beautiful Views
When we look for a place to stay in Lake Las Vegas we are all about the views, and this condo location did not disappoint. It was very clean, and updated and we liked the layout with the bedrooms opposite of one another. The only thing that I wish it had in room, was a laundry. The convenience of having one in a unit is a plus for us. However, there is a laundry room on premise which we had to use for a cost but make sure you have something to carry your laundry in, as there is nothing in the condo to use. Lake Las Vegas has lots of great restaurants and bars right outside your door so you never have to drive to find a good meal. And the water sports readily available was a plus for all of us. So much fun! I highly recommend this condo and the area in general. The owners were also great to work with, he answered all of my questions in a very timely matter! See you again soon!

Excellent condo and location
This property is located at the Lake of Las Vegas. The casual traveler to Las Vegas would probably never even know this area exists but it is truly lovely. The area has multiple hiking trails and rental boats for the lake. We enjoyed the property because each of the 2 bedrooms had a king size bed and adjoining bathroom. A nearby grocery/ deli store was extremely convenient and well stocked given its small size.

Fabulous location! Outside of LV and situated in a resort. Great access to a grocery store, restaurants and in season, water activities. The property makes use of the building's free Wifi which is unsecure and inconsistent. We were there on pleasure and business so that made our communication limited. Also on the 3rd night, two out of three TVs, did not work. We did contact owner but neither issue was resolved. Hopefully the above will be addressed and when they do this will be an A1 experience.

It felt like a quiet resort hotel
We really enjoyed our stay! The property is in a very picturesque area and the view is fantastic. Both heated pools (big one and hot tub) were relaxing and warm, the rose bushes around the pool are a lovely touch. We didn't have to drive very far in either direction for sightseeing the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead Preserve (the hiking is awesome!), or the other direction to Vegas. Only about 20 minutes either way. Having a full kitchen saved us a ton of money and it had everything we needed to cook. We made almost all meals here. The village just a few steps away has lots of dining options as well. Super cute and tasty French cafe right outside the pool by the lake. This place was a very safe place too, would be comfortable for families. Cris was easy to communicate with. He always answered my questions and includes great detail in anything we needed to know. I miss the place already!

Great Family Vacation!
My boyfriend and I brought 3 of our girls (11yrs-15yrs) and had a great time! The apartment was beautiful as well as the facility itself! My only complaint would be that given the time of year there wasn’t much to do on the site itself, but the location was perfect for all of the “touristy” things available! Cris was very accessible via email and was always very accommodating! We will recommend this place to others and hope to come back in the future!!

Thank you for your review. On the note that there wasn’t much to do onsite, wanted to clarify that the swimming pools and hot tub are heated all throughout the year, there are several restaurants right downstairs and electric boats are available to rent on the lake. Reflection Bay Golf Course (voted top course in Las Vegas) is also here. Your stay was during the winter months when it can be on the chilly side, so lake activities are more limited. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to having you as our guest again soon!
