this property is old and dingy inside and out. There’s a lack of towels for inside and also no towels for the pool area, including no floor mats extremely dangerous to get out of the shower. The air-conditioning does not work in the master and there are no side lights for the bed outside. Has the most ridiculous patio set with no glass on the table that is there missing the two sun chairs are hard plastic, which are burning hot in the sun. You’re in Las Vegas. There are some dangerous issues with steps. There is a dirty carpet cut out to enter the master bedroom no paper towels no recycle container. Bathroom upstairs smells and kitchen sink stinks all the furniture should go to the thrift store do not rent this property. I took my grandkids and daughter for spring break. What a disappointment.

The house had so much space with a well stocked kitchen. The property management was amazing very responsive and was even able to accommodate us same day.

The property management company was great to work with and very responsive to any questions. This property met our needs for this trip; however, wasn't what we have become used to with renting through VRBO. In the description and rules, it stated there was a solar cover on the pool that should remain in place anytime we were not in the pool AND the pool cleaning machine should remain in the pool at all times. The solar cover was not on the pool nor was the cleaning machine in the pool resulting in a very dirty pool. There were not any towel bars or hooks installed in the bathrooms. There was one towel bar on the wall behind the toilet in the master, but not reachable from the tub or shower, so no place to have a towel ready. Also, there were no rugs in the bathrooms which created a very slippery floor when exiting the shower with the slick tile floors. The kitchen was fully stocked as advertised with plates, napkins, glasses, mugs, cutlery - A LOT of all of these; however, a fully stocked kitchen in my mind would also mean having the tools necessary to cook/prepare meals. There were some items for this, but many basic items missing. Based on reviews from previous properties we have stayed in and reviews of this property, it almost feels as though only the good reviews have been shared. This has been a very difficult review for me to write, as I don't feel this was a "bad" place, it just didn't meet our expectations based on the previous reviews and description.

There were a number of issues with this property. The listing indicates a garage for parking which there is none. The property was very dirty and the pool was not usable for two days of our stay because it was dirty and needed a cleaning. The air conditioning in the primary downstairs bedroom was none existent. The general cleanliness of the property was poor, with grease and oil splattered on the cabinets. The cooking pots and pans were very limited and the teflon was worn off or chipped on some. The photos of the outdoor pool area, grille area and outdoor structure are not current to what is actually there. The flotation accessories were two dirty inflatable tubes of which one would not inflat,the photos show two swan floats there were no where to be found. Three of the four pool cues had broken tips. No paper towels weee provided. The toilet paper was single ply and poor quality. There is an outdoor shed that had no doors and had pool chemicals and other objects that could possibly be a hazard to children. I did contact the host but they are located in California and tried to correct some of the issues but it shouldn’t be the responsibility of paying guests to have to spend significant time of their vacation to have the property brought up to usable standards. I do not recommend this property and based on my stay and the numerous discrepancies between the photos and the actual condition of the property I would not use another of the managing companies properties.

We had a great stay with our group of friends. The open living area was perfect for game nights, and we really enjoyed using the backyard BBQ grill. The host was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going well.

This place was perfect for our couples’ getaway. The patio was great for relaxing in the evenings, and the house was spotless with very comfortable beds. The host responded quickly when we asked about local restaurants. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty one night, but it didn’t affect our trip. Highly recommend.

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful home. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The host was very responsive and sent clear check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here as a small family and it was very comfortable. It would also be perfect for entertaining a larger group since there are so many amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the host was very responsive. Would love to come back with friends for a girls’ trip.
