Jennifer is a wonderful host who truly goes above and beyond. She was always prompt and responsive whenever we had questions, and her communication was clear from start to finish. The instructions for the house were well organized and easy to follow, which made our stay completely stress-free. She also checked in with us during our visit to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.The house itself is extremely comfortable and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. It’s especially great for families, with a wide variety of games that kept everyone entertained and made our time together even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend both the home and Jennifer as a host.

Though I feel terrible leaving this review, I must be honest, I have no idea how this place is rated so highly. This vacation home hasn't received more than a surface level clean in YEARS. The first thing we did upon arriving was go out and buy sanitizing wipes, not even the table was thoroughly wiped down. I am attaching a couple of photos for reference of the downstairs bathroom, the grime around each of the kitchen cupboard handles, what the kitchen looked like underneath the cabinets, and the fingerprints on the master bedroom headboard that greeted us upon arrival. The pool was filled with debris when we arrived on a Sunday evening, and we had to wait until Tuesday afternoon to use it after it was serviced. I am grateful that it was cleaned, but I wish it was ready for our use upon arrival. In addition, there was not a single cooking pan in the otherwise well-stocked kitchen. My expectation was to cook most of my meals, so we told the hosting service and they ordered some for us. When the cheapest pans in the world arrived, we realized they had to be assembled with a screwdriver (the handles were not attached). We did not have a spare screwdriver laying around. Though this rental service was communicative, I actually found them to be OVERLY communicative, messaging me multiple times every day. I do not recommend this stay and implore the owners of this home to give it the deep clean and fresh coat of paint it deserves (at the very least).

Good property; back yard was disappointing

Overall: Nice house in a decent neighborhood; very nice decor. This could be an excellent property, but it has the overall appearance of being a bit poorly maintained, particularly the back yard. It would be perfect if you are just here as a place to sleep after hitting the casinos, but as a vacation house to hang out at, it's a little bit run down looking. Furniture, baseboards, etc. are all a little dinged up. Overall clean and well stocked. A/C, heat & WiFi work great. We had a few issues when we were there and the property manager (Jennifer) is extremely prompt and responsive. When we arrived, there were two foot tall weeds in the grass area. The decorative rock areas were also full of grass/weeds, and even two weeks after complaining about it, little had been done. By the time we left (4 weeks) it had been much improved. The fencing around the pool is a bit sad looking. Some of the places where it's anchored into the concrete are broken, so the fence leans.There are LOTS of yard lights, but very few of them actually work (probably need new batteries), and some of them are askew. The doors in the wall leading out are badly rusted/discolored. Master Suite has a half-moon window on the east side with no covering, so you get lots of light when the sun comes up. Someone PAINTED the tile and floor of the shower, and the paint is now peeling off the floor. Overall a pretty good property, but not quite as good as the photos on the web site make it appear.

A wonderful Getaway.

We went to Las Vegas to see a show and explore. We had wonderful adventures and when we wanted to just slow down and relax, the home was welcoming, comfortable and offered plenty to do. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to grocery stores and local restaurants. I also liked that we were not right on the strip where it’s busy but close enough where we could be there in less than 15 minutes driving.The neighborhood was nice and quiet.The home was clean and was as described. The only thing I wish we would have had was a warmer pool. We came in December and there was no way to heat the pool.The host was very attentive and ensured we were taken care of from the moment we booked. She responded right away to any questions or concerns I had.I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable place

We had a very nice time at this house. The backyard was very spacious and clean. The house was very inviting and everyone (5 of us) enjoyed their stay. Our host, Jennifer, was very quick in responding to our needs and checking in/out was very easy!

It's not too goodnto be true!!!

What an AMAZING property we have found here in Las Vegas!! The property looks just how it's presented online and the amenities were perfect for our weekend family getaway. Checking in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property for those traveling with families. Its also very pet friendly. There are 3 sittingnareas in the back yard and my family made the most of it all. The pool is fenced in which is perfect for those visiting with littles. Al in all, a perfect property in Vegas and we will be back!!!!!!!

Family vacation

We were taking an annual 3 generation family vacation and chose Las Vegas this year. The house suited us perfectly. The two grandkids loved the bunkbeds. All the beds were comfortable. We used the basketball court and really enjoyed the pool!
