However, We ask that you don't mistreat the space so that others may enjoy it in the future as well. - We ask that you keep it respectful to our friendly neighbors and keep the noise down in public area's (driveway/back porch) and after hours 10pm - Smoking and Vaping is permitted on the back porch ONLY!. Please take care of your own dishes. clean them, put them back upon check out, If not an additional fee's may apply. Adding People, Adding additional people after you have an confirmed booking is $50 per person (up to the limit). unless you notify us on the same day you booked . Honesty is the Best policy If you are seen "sneaking people in"in addition to the total number on the reservation You will be charged an additional $100 per person .
