The host was responsive & very helpful. Timely & clear communication of the check in & check out process. There was plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, cups, etc. The house was decorated nicely. Seems well taken care of. It was nice to use the gas fireplace during dinners & to soak in the hot tub.

We had a brief stay at this home in November, didn't want to pay to have the pool heated so we did not use it or the spa. But it all appeared well kept.The good: Spacious living area. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with supplies. The host was great to communicate with. Having board games and arcade console for the family was nice. Location was close to Lake Mead, Boulder City, and not too far from the Strip.The not so good: Lots of steps- Keep in mind if you're booking with anyone with mobility issues. The main staircase is rather steep without any stair treads or carpeting. Taking the suitcases up was tricky. All bedrooms are upstairs. The step coming out of the primary shower/toilet area into the double sink area is a drop and the door closes right on the step, my older parents struggled a bit. The outdoor golf area only had left handed clubs. Bath towels were pretty worn down and the sinks/shower did not drain well in the primary bathroom.Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful family stay at this property! House was very comfortable for my family with plenty of space. Despite summer desert heat, the home remained very cool. Backyard is blast with covered seating and wonder pool which we took full advantage of! We are already planning a second stay!

Vegas getaway in nice neighborhood

We had a nice stay at this property. We traveled to Vegas for a wrestling tournament and this property met all our needs. The pool and backyard were very inviting and relaxing!

Amazing place to stay at Vegas

It has everything we needed to feel like home away from home. Place is clean. Beds are comfortable including comforters. We didn’t use the pool because hadn’t had the opportunity but looks very clean. Great stay. Would definitely consider staying here again

Great Property and Very Safe Neighborhood

Great property that has a few things that could make it better but a great option in a safe neighborhood that gave me the perfect parking for a boat or an RV. We were disappointed that the pool in the cold months is an additional 75 a day to heat the pool, which is ridiculous and should be known before you book. It basically made the pool act a bit clickbaity in the purchasing process. We would definitely stay here again !!!

Luxury meets thrift store

The house and furnishings are beautiful, but the amenities need some work. What we found was: the spa tablet wouldn’t power on and it was very inconvenient having to contact the owner to turn it on and off. The spa jets were clogged, the ice maker didn’t work, no plug for the bathtub to bathe the kids, no playground as advertised, corn hole game was weathered and broken, the games for the kids were all missing pieces, there was one teaspoon for the 6 of us, the pots and pans were awful, no plastic dishes for the babies and the utensils in the drawer had dried food on them. For the price we paid the heating of the pool should have been included, and the amenities and cleaning should have been above par.

Excellent accommodations and host

The house fit our needs perfectly and was in an excellent location for our drive in from southern Arizona. It’s probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. The bedroom layout with 2 sets of bunks was perfect for the kids, the kitchen was well stocked and the host was extremely responsive from the initial reservation to check-out. We had one minor issue that was resolved by maintenance in less than 30 minutes. The neighborhood is a little older and you can tell that there isn’t a HOA but there was plenty of off-street parking and it was nice quiet. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful home

We had our family come in to town and we were all going to a concert that weekend . After the concert we went to the house and it was beautiful. The pool was awesome house was spacious. Had everything we needed . Had such a good time !

Beautiful home

I highly recommend staying here. The home was beautifully remodeled and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool was lovely and refreshing, we just made sure to abide by the pool curfew and all was well. Host was very polite and communicative. Only thing is the bedrooms could have used some dressers but overall fantastic stay.

Home heavily monitored by owner

Our company rented this property during CES and had a negative experience with the property managers. Overreaching rules, expect to be monitored by the owners especially when using the outdoor areas.

Good stay Christmas week

Nice clean property that is well maintained, close to coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and major highways. A bit far from the strip, so might not be your best option if you plan to spend a lot of time on the strip.

Beautiful home.

My stay was so fun the home looks more beautiful than the pictures on the website. Effective communication with the house manager. My kids had a blast all day long in the pool, many fun games. Will definitely book this house again. Whenever am in Vegas .

Just what we needed

We were in town for a youth sporting event. The house was clean clean clean except is past due for a deep clean or replacement of the sofa/loveseat and bar chairs. The rest of the house was immaculate!!!! The beds were super comfy, on the firm side which was awesome. The pool was clean and lots of pool towels were provided. The bbq was great. We enjoyed the backyard -the pool, the outdoor furniture including a swing which was a great place for coffee in the morning., the bbq and nice automated outdoor lighting!! There was a limited ROKU account on the TV and no Apple TV so limited choices there. The kitchen has a new gas stove/oven and microwave and fridge with ice maker. The appliances are nice.
