The room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. I left a message for the property mgmt. I didn't receive a call back and tried back a half hour later. I was not unhappy. We were from the trip and all I wanted to do was rest a bit in the room. Housekeeping arrived promptly. We waited in the lobby for a half hour until they were done. The unit was then nicely cleaned but the rug was filthy. Also, we were notified on Tuesday, we checked in on Sunday, that there wouldn't be daily housekeeping. There would be an up charge if we needed something. They don't give you enough coffee for a three day stay and then will charge you if someone has to deliver more.
