Excelente hotel
Esta muy bien ubicado si quieres ir a un partido de Raiders, es el hotel ideal, las habitaciones son muy amplias, es practicamente un departamento cuenta con cocina equipada, refrigerador, baño con tina y 2 lavababos, recamara independiente, sofa con TV.

Tienen muchas habitaciones pero no tienen estacionamiento para kada una habitación es demasiado pequeño el estacionamiento k la persona k llege antes se evita problemas de saver k va apasar contigo ya k ami me dijieron k si no avia estacionamiento me regresavan mi dinero alas 3am fue eso y que me fuera a buskar otro en medio de que huvo puente largo y las vegas todos los hoteles ya estaban okupados asi de facil se la kitaron y uno enfiestado kanzado y ellos bien agusto no les recomiendo este hotel evitence todo eso

Querido Anónimo Gracias por dejar tus comentarios honestos. Nos disculpamos porque había un estacionamiento limitado debido al ajetreado fin de semana de vacaciones. Por lo general, esto no es un problema, por lo que lamentamos que haya encontrado un problema. Esperamos que nos brinde otra oportunidad si sus viajes lo traen de regreso a Las Vegas.

Ideal para ir en familia
Excelente habitacion: espaciosa, con cocina y muy limpia. La ubicacion es muy buena ya que esta fuera del strip pero cerca. Hay un shuttle gratuito desde el hotel al aeropuerto y al strip (ida y vuelta) El personal es muy amable y simpatico.

The rooms included a clean kitchen with utensils and dish-ware. The bathroom was above average and you get what you pay for. Onsite parking was easy with plenty of spots available even for a concert across the street at Allegiant Stadium. I would stay here again

We didn’t need maid service, we only wanted towels. I had to call the desk I have to towels brought to us at 8 pm that evening.

We loved how close it was to the Raiders stadium, and just a short walk across the bridge to the strip. Very nice amenities and typical breakfast. Would have liked to have had homemade oatmeal instead of packets. Staff was super nice and helpful in every way. The only issue I had was that I purchased my 2 nights in full from Expedia 5 weeks before we came to the property, and then while I was staying at the property, the hotel also charged me for both nights stay. If I wasn’t paying attention closely, we would have been charged twice. I brought to their attention and they refunded immediately. Very annoying, and a step I shouldn’t have had to make. Be aware.

Highly recommend this hotel
We loved our stay. My husband and I were there for September 16 weekend and had the best time. Customer service was amazing. Our room was fabulous, clean, and super comfortable. We both liked our breakfast and we will definitely be back and stay here. Thank you all for your service.

Delayed check in
our room was not available when we arrived a quarter to 4pm. Lady that helped us was unfriendly and did not smile. She did offer us a pool key and directed us to concierge. When asked about parking pass she casually told us “concierge”. No greeting no “enjoy your stay” Etc. no smile. Not even a fake one. Check in was delayed 45 mins

Luis, made our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. Always with a smile and willing to help and offer his service. Giving us ideas, to what areas to explore. He went above and beyond a true example of someone who loves their job!! Can't wait to come back and see him. This is my 3rd time staying in the hotel and it does not disappoint every time. Rooms are very clean.

Great hotel. Within five minutes drive of the strip. Staff are a credit to this establishment, everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious, bed comfy, kitchen area has everything you need. Breakfast was good, cereals, bakery guys, sausage, basic, biscuits and gravy as well as fruit, coffee and juice. We used their shuttle for the airport and to the strip. All ok all a great hotel, would stay again.
