4.5 Stars. It would have been a 5 but there were a few minor technical difficulties, and we didn’t stay long enough for them to be resolved. With that being said, my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The unit was amazing and perfect for my husband and me.

Weekend Girls Trip

My sister and I were in town for the Backstreet Boys concert. The master bathroom was AWESOME for getting ready together with the 2 vanities. Plenty of room for the massive amount of stuff we bought too!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in top Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Check-in lief problemlos. Es war ein kleiner Fußweg zum Strip, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir durften die Poolanlage vom MGM benutzen. Diese war besonders für unsere Kinder sehr schön, am Nachmittag allerdings einige Party Leute mit Alkohol direkt im Pool. Das ist halt Las Vegas. Wen es stört, besser vormittags die Poollandschaft nutzen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für uns perfekt und wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Küchenzeile war prima und auch die zwei Badezimmer. Das Einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren Stühle auf dem Balkon.

Incredible Stay at The Signature at MGM Grand – Tower 1 is a Hidden Gem!

We stayed in a suite in Tower 1 of The Signature at MGM Grand, and everything about the experience was top-tier. The room was spotless, elegant, and incredibly spacious. From the luxurious king bed to the oversized bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower, every detail made the suite feel like a home away from home. The kitchenette was a great bonus—perfect for light meals or morning coffee.One of the biggest highlights was the great view from the balcony and bedroom —we could see the Las Vegas Sphere glowing at night, which was absolutely mesmerizing! Watching the animations light up from the comfort of our suite added an unforgettable touch to our stay.Tower 1 is the best-located tower, especially if you’re looking for easy access to the private Signature pool, ADULTS ONLY;). It’s very close, and it never felt overcrowded. The pool area was quiet, clean, and relaxing—a great escape from the buzz of the Strip. You also have a smooth indoor walk to the MGM Grand when you want to explore the casinos, restaurants, or shows.The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and valet was prompt every time. We really appreciated the secure, non-smoking, non-gaming environment, which made it feel much more relaxing than a typical Vegas hotel.If you're looking for comfort, privacy, and a touch of luxury with direct pool access and a great view of the Sphere, Tower 1 at The Signature is unbeatable. We’ll absolutely be booking here again on our next Vegas trip!

Great Home Base!

This room was perfect for our family of four. Great location. Perfect set up for our 6 and 13 year olds to have their own space in living room. Excellent views from bedroom and balcony!

Fantastic place to stay!

This condo was absolutely fantastic! I can't overstate just how amazing this place is - the photos do it full justice. It is incredibly clean and quiet (unless the Beach Club is in full swing, so consider yourself forewarned). Immaculately clean with amazing views. If you like watching planes you have full views of McCarran airport. The full size refrigerator will hold everything you could need. Staff at valet are absolutely amazing, and the check-in process is incredibly easy. Valet is free, and if you need to take an Uber just step outside to a gazebo not too far from the valet/bell station and you are right there. One of the best stays for me, and I will be back. Thank you for such a great stay!

30th Anniversary Vegas Vacation

Great stay at The Signature

We’ve stayed in several different rooms at The Signature over the past few years, and we keep coming back. We love how close it is to the MGM, Planet Hollywood, and the Strip. The hotel is quiet, smoke-free, and the free valet parking is a big plus. Check-in is always quick and easy.This was our first time staying in this particular room, and it matched the photos exactly. From the balcony, we had a great view of the MGM pool, WET Republic, and Top Golf. You could even see the Sphere from the bedroom window.The room was clean, everything worked as it should, and the bed was really comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the two of us, which we appreciated. I also liked that there were two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was fully stocked with cups, dishes, pots, pans, and dishwashing supplies.Just a heads-up — during the day, you can hear the beat of the music from WET Republic in the room. It wasn’t a big deal, though. I just kept the AC fan on high if we were trying to nap, and that helped a lot.Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely book this room again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Very much liked our experience here. Everything was clean and the property was spacious and lovely. My one constructive thing to say is that prior to check-in I received a message from the host that stressed multiple times that we could not get makeup on the towels or we would be charged for brand new ones. This made me feel nervous, so we brought our own towels and sheets as to not run the risk of an extra charge. Other than that everything was pleasant.

Would have been 5 star but

Only 4 stars because we had an issue with the cable tv. The hotel sent up engineers to correct the problem but they said the “new” cable line wasn’t receiving a signal. They gave us an old remote for the “old” cable. Very few channel options with that. My kids had been looking forward to tv in bed. Other than that, loved the unit!

Perfect location

Barry’s place was perfect for us. We liked the quietness of the hotel but was easy enough to still get anywhere we wanted to go. It was a short walk over to the MGM where you can take the monorail to other locations along the strip. You have a view of the Sphere from the bedroom and the balcony overlooks tower 1 pool and the MGM floating river. The only downside was that the pools that were open kept changing each day we were there and 1 day none of the tower pools were open so we had to go to the only pool at the MGM that was open and it was so crowded. Although this was likely due to the time of year (March) and mid week with shorter staff.

Comfortable Vegas Stay!

This property was great for our family of 4 (our teen daughters shared the pullout couch bed). Having 2 full bathrooms made it easy for us to sleep later and hustle through our morning routines get to the airport - the airport is just minutes away. Valet parking (attendants were very kind and helpful). Front desk check in was super easy & staff there was kind as well. The property is attached to the MGM Grand but it’s much more secluded and quiet in the Signature towers, which is really nice. We walked everywhere while we were there. It was nice to have valet take the car when we arrived and bring it to us when we left! Overall a great stay!

Great location

Loved making this condo our Las Vegas base of operations. The unit had everything we wanted including a view of the Sphere. It took less than 10 minutes to get to all the MGM restaurants and the monorail station. Owner responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Better in person

We were quite pleased with Barry’s rental at the Signature. We went to Vegas for a half-marathon run on ‘the strip’. We were a short walk to start line. Easy getting to monorail for longer trips to casinos/shows. Loved that the Signature didn’t have a casino in lobby - too noisy & Smokey. Check-in was easy and all the staff were friendly & helpful. After the marathon, I went straight for the jetted bathtub and soaked my sore muscles. The only negative was all the pools at MGM grand & Towers 1 & 2 were closed. Overall, a great stay. Would rent again.
