Our cleaning crew has a protocol that they follow on leaving supplies. If you or any future guests run out, let me know and I'll provide you access to get additional soap and toilet paper. We have plenty on hand. 2020 is going to be a big year at this property. We are going through the property and doing quite a few upgrades. As you may have noticed, we painted the bedrooms before your group’s arrival. Since you have left, we’ve tiled the guest bathroom floor, painted all the baseboards, and finished a few other repairs. In the next couple of months, as we have gaps in our bookings, we’ll continue to make big improvements to the property. We are on schedule to have everything complete by May of 2020. We typically will discuss the shower issue with we get requests for guest of 12 or more. We have discussed possibly adding a 3rd shower downstairs and we’ll look into the cost of it for an upgrade in 2020. Once again, I’d like to extend my personal apologies for the couple of issues you encountered. Immediately, after your departure, we installed a new projector BenQ projector. It's a great upgrade for our future guests. You can see it in our house photos. I also had a Cox Serviceman on-site to resolve the digital cable issue. Not photo’d, but I did agree with you that a griddle would be an excellent addition to our kitchen, so I purchased one on Amazon. It’s currently available for use in our property.
