Rented a room because the listing showed a view of the sphere. Room did show a view of the sphere. The host did upgrade the room to a bigger room without telling us. But by doing that we lost the view we needed Ending up having to book a room at the Palazzo to get the view we needed.

The staff was very helpful and having the valet was great. The units are located well within the mix of things. It was nice having the monorail stop being a short walk away. Not many of the pools are open during the off season, so it was nice being able to use theirs here. We would happily stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property. It was quiet, well cleaned, offered great views, etc. The property has a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and ease of access to MGM. I would definitely rebook at this location! Host was very communicative and accommodating. Thanks for making our weekend memorable.

Nice property only 2 stars because 1 of 3 wash cloths was in dirty sink when we arrived-used one to further clean; left phone message for prop mgr -no response or wash cloths; last night no hot water in shower-had to go out to dinner after taking “sink bath”

This was a great suite for the price. Huge room, with good view of the Sphere. Mostly faces Hilton Hotel I think it is, but you do see a good chunk of the Sphere. Nice hotel, clean, and quiet and has nice walkway to the MGM for our conference.

Excellent location and highly efficient parking, check-in, etc. - as well as all communications. The suite was perfectly clean. When we requested a couple of extras for the kitchen they were quickly delivered. Highly recommended.

Had a great time in Vegas. The room was stocked with extra towels, pillows, plates, silverware and cookware. It offers the security of MGM Signature, proximity to the strip, and easy access to the highway and main roads for off-strip fun. Our host touched base with us after check-in, and we had everything we needed.

Absolutely what we needed. Great location. Room had all the amenities needed for our extended stay. The hotel itself was extremely clean with amazing staff. Just a hope skip over to the mgm grand and the monorail. Easy access to most properties from the tower. We did a combination of the monorail and walking thru the mgm grand to explorer like the new york new york and excalibur. Everything is connected via sky bridges. Jetted bathtub, mini kitchen with fridge was all a bonus and made things extremely relaxing. Good stay, would recommend.

I attended a week long work conference at MGM. Staying at the signiture grand was far superior to staying at the MGM hotel. Non-smoking, close to the convention area, quiet, spacious and much more cost effective. Nice view of the new sphere at night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Las Vegas Signature MGM, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and impeccable maintenance of the entire property. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. What stood out to me the most was the accuracy of the listing. The hotel lived up to its description in every way possible. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The photos on the website truly reflected the reality of what I experienced during my stay. Furthermore, the location of the Las Vegas Signature MGM couldn't be more perfect. It is situated right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the nearby attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether you're interested in world-class shows, upscale dining, or exciting nightlife, everything is just a stone's throw away. Initalling did my research about the property and chose listing from Tower 2, 17th floor. Due to physical disabilities the reviews from others said this was the best tower to stay in due to access to amenities and possible issues with valet parking. After booking, received my check in information and was told we were staying in tower 3. Was told this was an error in the listing and that our reservation was in tower 3 and that tower 2 was not available. I was assured that the room would be to our liking..this was true the room is AMAZING. And the room also has a wonderful view. However, not the the owners fault the Signature only had valet in tower 3 open 1 night in our 3 night stay. The walk from tower 2 where valet is supposed to be open 24 hours is not bad but valet was full 2 of the 3 nights. We were offered validated parking at the MGM Grand but had to Uber to the parking ramp as the walk was too far for us with disabilities. Very frustrating as a guest, but again not the owners fault just wish we would have been in tower 2 as the listing was showing. Owner was communicating well and very apologetic when the issue with the listing was discovered. Would stay at another listing/location with owner but not at the Signature.

The property was clean and as described. The views from the balcony were amazing. The location was very convenient to the tram that runs up and down the strip. We bought a 3 day pass for the tram and went to pretty much all the hotels on the strip. Having a kitchen was really convenient and helpful too.
