Ping and Mikhail - our hosts -- were outstanding. Ping provided updates and helpful info prior - during and post our stay at the property. The house was awesome for 3 adult couples - to spread out and enjoy our time in Vegas and surrounding Nevada areas -- close to grocery stores, restaurants without heading down to the strip and convenient to all areas. The amenities were completely as advertised - the house was spotless - we enjoyed cooking breakfasts in the AM and playing pool when not seeing the Wiz and Eagles at the Sphere. The beds, furniture and baths were in excellent condition and simply an awesome stay in Henderson -- 15 minutes from the Strip - 25 minutes to Boulder City and great jump off point to explore! Would definitely use again if our trip takes us to Vegas area again.

Amazing family rental

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was convenient to everything. We went to the strip for dining and shopping and Hoover Damn for sight seeing and Freemount Street for dinner one night. Everywhere we went was no more than a 20 minute drive and we felt safe the entire time and appreciated the hosts quick communication. The house was just as advertised and huge bedrooms.

Ideal for our needs

We had a large family group in town for my dad's 90th birthday and two families stayed here. The house was in a great location for us, very clean and very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again. Owners very easy to communicate with. The only caveat is that it's not a great house for anyone who is mobility impaired, as there are multiple levels and stairs. My elderly parents, with wheelchair and walker, stayed on the garage level when they visited. There is a family room and a bedroom and a bathroom on that level, but they could not access the kitchen level or any of the upstairs bedrooms. Not a big problem as they were not sleeping there, but something to be aware of.

Girl’s trip

We had a great time here. The house was plenty big for 6 girls! The kitchen was nice and well stocked. I always look for lots of comfy furniture since we sit and drink wine and laugh and need a big sectional and chairs which they had. The air conditioning worked great!! It was 104 outside so that’s really important to us!! We were only 15 minutes from the Strip so that was perfect. All in all a wonderful time!!! BTW a great Italian restaurant that’s been family owned for 40 years with great food is Ferraris. Pricy but great and off the strip.

Great Home for Family Away Game

Adult siblings got together to go to an away game at Allegiant Stadium. Comfortably accommodated 4 couples and a single. Great common space to hang out, play pool or swim in the pool. The table outdoors was nice for morning coffee and in the evening. We felt that the house was just perfect for our group.

Fantastic olace

Very nice place. Well kept and clean. A lot of rules, but no issues for our work group. Hosts are very nice and accommodating! This was our first time in 15 years staying off the strip, and it was perfect. Very quiets, very easy.

Perfect spot for family gathering

We had 5 adults, three teenagers and 2 babies. The house had everything we needed. The host had a toddler bed, pack and play, and a high chair available for our use which was amazing. We got lots of use out of the pool table and dart board. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and have privacy. Great place!

Perfect Experience

This was the perfect home away from home for our family of 12! The host was very responsive & accommodating to our requests. We paid extra to have the pool heated for our mid-May stay. So glad we did!! Love this place!

Wonderful home

The house is beautiful, clean, plenty of room. Really good location. Quiet nieghborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to get there by car in about 15 minutes. We found parking at the casino parking garages were cheaper than taking an uber. House was labeled and stocked well which I appreciate. And owner was very quick to respond to ant questions. My friends were impressed with the home. We would stay here again. Thanks.

Family Vegas Vacation

Lovely rental!!! Plenty of room for everyone! There were 11 of us total. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast before we hit the strip. We did have the pool heated- highs for Vegas were about 60 degrees…… those in our crew who were a bit more brave enjoyed the swim😀 the backyard was sweet and very cozy with some privacy in a suburban neighborhood. Our hosts were very accommodating and checked in frequently. Distance from the strip and airport were perfect for us. Overall- we loved our stay and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this house! The location is fantastic and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The heated pool is great, even in late October! The house is very well equipped with essentials, and the layout is beautiful! We had alot of fun at this house, and hope to be back again soon.

We all liked the stay..we went to celebrate 25th Anniversary and place was clean, sufficient for 12. POOL was clean..only downside was quite hours from 10pm to 7am(outside), but we were enjoying inside the home.
