We were pleasantly surprised. It was a great stay, with friendly staff, not overcrowded, close enough to other venues but far enough to keep it quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

The check in Staff were quick and friendly. Excellent. This Casino floor is always clean and in good repair. A very nice room, too.

This property was newly renovated and it shows. As soon as you come in, you’re greeted with a huge fish tank with a mermaid swimming in it. The room was beautiful, clean, and everything was in perfect working condition.

The one thing that bothers is being charged for resort fee the pool was under construction and they offer used another that was about between 400 to 500 feet that incompressible Where to apply for a refund ????

I LOVED my stay here! My room was impeccably designed and clean. Every touch was thoughtful. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking to stay off the beaten path. The staff was wonderful and check in was super easy. I ate at Mi Casa for dinner and it was good. The service was just ok but I had a nice time.

The property is clean but the smell of the hotel is strong, not bad but it's strong. The staff is rude, especially at the front desk the manager there and the lady with curly hair. told us we didn't know what time Will gonna check in and it was 3 pm already she said she will gonna call us but no call so we came back again because we sitting in the Starbucks. The only nice there was Leila. Not recommend to others.

When I checked in they couldn’t find the second room I under my name because it was separate from the first one, so it took awhile until she found it. And our TV didn’t work well it was all jumbled. And the second room my brother had to take a cold shower because there wasn’t any hot, other than that it .

Our stay at the Silverton was absolutely wonderful! Our room was fantastic, the hotel was impeccably clean, staff were friendly and professional and all of the amenities were top notch. We are already planning our next visit!

* Bad experience. * Smoke was everywhere. * Hotel entrance was hard to find abs is in middle of the casino, so you are forced to walk through the casino everytime * room walls are thin, and you can hear guests in neighboring rooms making uncomfortable noises throughout the night. Dont take kids over * Self parking is not close by I will not advise you to stay at this place.
