Fun and Cozy

Perfect place for a girl’s trip. As former locals we wanted to avoid the strip, especially with the F1 craziness going on. This house was perfect. We did Uber to the strip one night for a hockey game, and it was close, easy, and cheap to get to. The house was quiet and we had plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend!

Great place

We enjoyed our visit at this place . It was clean and spacious . I liked the small touches of having toothbrushes and shaving kit .. it was very convenient and close to the strip and the airport . I highly recommend this place . We will definitely stay there again .. thank you Patricia and thank you for the whole team that made our stay enjoyable .. until we meet again ..

Very good stay at Silverado Ranch

Our 6night stay was very very good. The house was recently renovated nicely, the layout was as advertised, house if located in safe neighborhood, and we found it to be very clean…even by my wife’s high cleanliness standards. The 3 things which prevented me rating as “excellent” were: 1. the innerspring mattresses were very firm….too firm for our tastes. 2. Both my son and I broke out in mild rash (slept in different beds). I’m not sure if it was related to bedding or the detergent used and speculated it could have been due to fragrance used. 3. New matching ceiling fan in each room (from renovation) were pleasant but controlled by the same remote control. So the remote in one room would control fans and lights in other rooms. We reported this and anticipate the hostess will take corrective action. Aside from these small 3 inconveniences, the stay was was excellent and the little house amenities made the stay especially pleasant. I would stay here again.

clean and close

This is a good location to stay at while in Vegas. It is a drive to the strip, but was clean and had 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each which gave us plenty of room. Overall, was very clean.

Nice little property near Las Vegas

This was our first VRBO stay and I was very impressed! The host was easy to talk to and the process to check in was very straight forward. The house was lovely with plenty of space for our party and even baby items for the baby! The back yard was cute and had seating, grass and a bbq. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Good Vegas rental

My family stayed at the property for 5 days while visiting Las Vegas. We have 5 people, 3 teenagers. The house was perfect for our needs. It was impeccably clean. It is located in one of the numerous tidy subdivisions. It was quiet and we felt at ease. We spent each day doing trips around the various attractions. Everything works in the home, AC, appliances, stereo system etc. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking items but no condiments or coffee. The garage was very nice to have, there was no remote opener. The home worked well for our needs, and it certainly represents good value.
