The host was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach for any questions. He always responded quickly. The apartment is in excellent condition and well furnished with plenty of room. The heating/air conditioning system was easy to use. There is a dedicated parking space. We enjoyed ourselves very much and look forward to hopefully our next stay.

Another Great Winter In LV

This Property is a true Find...Saying that, I wish others would not find it...!Perfectly located just a few miles off the Famous LV Strip, this Property is just a perfect getaway for us from our v long winters here in Montana.First flr access, a walk in shower, refurbished kitchen and living area sure are fine plusses...one of the bedroom lites even has a remote on/off switch...!We sincerely hope to be renting here again in the near future...Many Thx to our Hosts for providing us with such a great Property and Visit.

Wonderful experience

Our stay, at Ralph’s condo, was wonderful. He was always easy to get ahold of if we had questions. The condo was in a great location, easily accessible on the ground floor, and had all the necessary amenities.

Great place to stay

We came to Las Vegas for work and needed a place to stay for a few months. We saw the pictures and reviews on VRBO and thought it looked perfect. Everything was just as pictured. We had everything we needed. We stayed all of August and most of September. What a great location. Ralph was a wonderful host. Communication was flawless. Great gated community with a pool and a dedicated parking space. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again.

Perfect stay

This unit was in a very nice complex. Quiet and safe area. Close to a variety of stores and restaurants. Unit had everything you could need. Workout room was well equipped. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Snow Birds for two months.

This was our second stay at Ralph’s condo. It’s almost like being home. The location is excellent and the kitchen has a lot of little extras for cooking.The new washer and dryer was a nice surprise. It’s just the right size for a couple. Would highly recommend this condol!!

Travel RN, home away from home

Travel nurse, stayed 2 months at property. This property is close to hospital. The property is gated and well taken care of, I felt safe, being a woman alone this was priority and I did not feel unsafe at any time. Ralph is an exceptional host, quick to answer any questions and very helpful. The gym is small but has everything you need. One of the pools is Just to the right when coming out of condo, they just redid the pool when I was there. Neighbors weren’t loud or bothersome, so sleeping all day working nights were wonderful. Close to restaurants and target. The strip was a short easy drive. I had my own covered parking space with was wonderful when it was hot. The home is very clean and had everything you need to make this home while you are there. Looking forward to another contact and definitely booking with Ralph. Thanks again Ralph.

Book it today!

A great ground level condo in a gated community. The kitchen was well equipped for our months stay. The location was perfect for us with casinos nearby. We enjoyed the hot tub which is very close and open all year. Ralph, the owner, can be contacted by phone and takes care of any problems ASAP. However, we have stayed there twice and have had no problems at all. It was a very enjoyable month!!

Great condo

Loved the condo! It was very homey and clean. The location was excellent... away from the busy strip. The patio offered a nice quiet area to start the day with a nice cup of tea! The kitchen offered a fair amount of utensils for someone who wanted to cook or bake. I definitely would stay again! Ralph was very nice to answer a few questions we had on the bedroom tv.

Perfect place

We ended up staying about 6 months total and this was the perfect place for us. The condo is well stocked with linens and kitchenware. You can get to anything you need within 10 minutes. We highly recommend this place.

We love it!

This place is great. It’s less than 5 minutes to Spring Valley hospital, about 10 minutes to San Martin, and about 20 minutes to Siena. Close to stores and the highway. We decided to extend our stay because we love it so much. Recently remodeled and well stocked with necessities. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic!

This is a great condo! It has everything you need for however long you want to stay. Ed was very easy to work with and available if a problem arises. The condo is on the ground floor and there is a hot tub and pool available all winter. However, the pool is not heated. The complex is very well kept and gated. The management is available for any questions. Location is great with two casinos very close and only 15 min. from the strip. Several eating places within walking distance. We were very happy with our stay and have already booked for next year! Book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Beautiful Home

You will not be disappointed! Completely remodeled. Washer Dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, TV, Directv, WiFi, 2 porches, and covered parking spot are all included! Beautiful pools, tennis courts and a gym as well. This is the perfect home away from home when you’re in Vegas! I even locked myself out and the owner came right away and let me back in! Great customer service. Very kind and attentive. From top to bottom this was a Fantastic stay and I’d recommend it to everyone!
