This was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepped, and it was clear the host takes pride in maintaining the property. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had one minor issue, and the host responded quickly and checked in with us in person the next morning to ensure everything was taken care of. A great experience overall.

House exactly how pictured. Great communication always from start of booking, check in, during the stay, and check out. We asked for help and support during stay it the response was immediate. We paid for the heating of the swimming pool and it was delightful. Great beds in all 4 bedrooms and we all had wonderful sleep. Kitchen is well stocked with every dish, kitchen gadgets, and lots of spices. BBQ ready to go. Great stay Bill such an awesome host. Would definitely stay again.

This property is exceptional. Clean spacious and so well stocked. The patio and pool area are perfect. It is the best vrbo we have ever stayed in. 15 min walk to Smiths grocery store and it really doesnt take long to get to the strip via Uber. If I could I'd give more stars. You wont be disappointed with anything. William the host was very pleasent and very helpful.

Home is very clean, quiet and private. Plenty of room for our big family and the pool and backyard are like a little oasis to hang out in. Host is amazing and very prompt with answering as well!

Family getaway!

Family came in from all over and the set up of the home was absolutely phenomenal for all of us! Made our Vegas trip cozy and relaxing! The owner was fantastic to work with and we will definitely choose here on our next trip to Vegas!:-) 11/10 stars!!!

Great for groups and familys

The house is clean modern and has tons of room. The house is equiped with everything you will need for your stay. But the Pool and back yard lounging area steal the show. we were always outside in the pool or lounging around the pool area after we got back from the Strip. House is a short 10 minute Uber ride from the strip. This is my third time staying here and I will saty here againon the next trip.

Family time

The property was perfect for our family- we have 3 adult children and everyone had privacy and space with separate bedrooms ( all with TV) and 2 bathrooms. Lots of together time with a large kitchen and living room. The pool and outdoor seating areas were amazing. We had a car so the location was perfect - 20 minutes to the strip and 30 minutes to the Red Rick Canyon for hiking.

Work Trip to Vegas

It was very nice to have our own space for a work trip to Vegas. Bill was very kind and accommodating. He was very responsive with any questions I had. Would recommend in order to have a nice space on a work trip.

Gorgeous pool area

Check in and check out was the easiest I’ve ever had with a rental. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable and it definitely seemed as though there were 3 doubles and only one queen sized bed, but that’s my only complaint. The pool was crystal clean, and the outdoor spaces were very comfortable.

Excellent Value

This was perfect for three couples. It is easy to get around and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Personally, I think the pictures don’t do justice to the great outdoor space. There was plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. I would highly recommend this property for a small group or family it is great.

Vegas home

The home was absolutely clean & amazing! Great location, west of the 15! Very close to everything nearby! Heated pool felt like a spa! Outdoor patio setup ideal for summer weather! Definitely would stay there again! Only thing is no type of cable channels! Took a lil bit to figure out the living room tv 📺 .

Stayed for a tradeshow

This was our second time in about a year staying at this home for tradeshows. Great proximity to the convention center and strip while keeping us far enough away. A couple of really good restaurants located nearby. The outdoor area is great for lounging around before and after the show. Will stay again.

Daughter's college graduation trip

The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The home provides everything you would need and then some. Our group ranged in age from 23-74 and EVERYONE said they felt at home and would stay again in a heartbeat. This will be my go-to property if we visit Las Vegas in the future.

Exceedingly clean home close to the Strip

This home seemed to be recently renovated and is perfect for 4 to 5 people. The air conditioning worked really well for us. We like it cold. We were all floored by how clean it was. Whoever did the cleaning did a fantastic job. The location is quiet and close to the strip. I got to meet the owner, William, and he is a very nice man. He also gets back to you quickly when you reach out to him. I would rent this house again in a second. Highly recommended.

Great house for a family getaway

All communication was very smooth and proactively handled by the owner. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. The house had everything we needed and you can tell they really stay on top of caring for the place. The pool and backyard space was a hit with everyone. I was surprised how cool the water was despite 100 degree days. Very refreshing! Highly recommended property.

Amazing pool and outdoor area

The house was spacious, modern, well stocked, and spacious. But the star of the property is the Pool and back yard/outdoor area. When we were at the house we stayed outside and in the pool. plenty of seating and cover for everyone. everyone was commenting on how nice the pool and back yard was. Another plus was you get to use the garage during your stay, that is a rarity on most rentals. plus the property is close to the strip. Ubers were around $16 to get to the strip. We will be rent this house again on our next trip.
