The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to all the attractions we planned to visit. The valet parking was super convenient and saved us a lot of time. Great value for the money and excellent in all respects.

I actually extended my stay last minute and Cindy was so helpful and though i had to get another one of her rooms, it was a great one. My first one was a strip view and the 2nd was a view of the sphere. I would 100% recommend. I will certainly be looking to book with this host for my future travels to the area. Very clean, roomy, off the main strip (quiet) but well within walking distance.10 out of 10

This was the perfect spot to experience all of Vegas. The room was better than expected. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The view was amazing, especially at night with all the lights on. The bed was SO comfortable! I actually asked the host what kind of mattress it was because I want to get one for my bed. You're within walking distance to shops, restaurants, obviously casinos. Would definitely stay here again

Cindy is nice. Very happy with our stay here! Really nice view out on the balcony. Bed was very comfortable too! I slept out on the pull out sofa which was also pretty comfortable.Would have loved to have in room dining, but it was still great!

Our room was located in Tower two. Our room was in a great location and was a very easy walk to MGM casino, which has plenty of restaurants and things to do in it. The monorail being right at MGM was a huge plus! Our host was very quick to respond to any questions and explained everything. The only drawback is because we went in January. The pool in our tower was closed. We had to go to tower one to use their pool and it was only open until four. But in all honesty, it was a very short walk to tower one. All three towers and the MGM casino are all connected. So you simply walk through the connective hallways or the moving walkway to get to MGM. Tower one contains the lounge and Starbucks. Tower two has the café, delight, which makes pretty good breakfast. We didn’t have time for lunch or dinner there, but the food was good. The room was exactly how it was pictured online.No surprises there and it was clean. The only drawback that I can say about the room is I needed USB ports to charge certain devices and there were none in the room. So make sure you bring the wall plug to charge your devices. Also, there was a closet to hang things in, but no dressers for clothes. The nightstand tables on either side of the bed had deep drawers that you could put stuff in. But definitely wasn’t big enough for the clothes my husband and I had for four nights.So overall, we had a great stay, location was great, and we would stay there again.

Dated property. Coffee maker was old. Pretty sure it didnt work. Coffee didnt taste like coffee. It tasted like tea. Valet parking pretty sure they dented my car. No free parking as advertised in the listing only valet. The walk to the main mgm casino was strenuous. Old looking suite. Old tv in the bathroom for some reason. Just tacky and dated. The pool near my tower was out of order so i had to walk further to get to a pool or jacuzzi. Wouldnt recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as described. The pool complex, at no additional charge, was a huge plus for the 110 degree days. Perfect weekend getaway for the wife's 50th birthday. We'd stay there again.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and both the Signatures pool and the MGM Grand pools were awesome. The restaurant in the lobby had a great breakfast menu and it was nice to not be staying in the casino.

Great Weekend Get Away!

Property is very nice and clean. Each tower has it's own private pool. There is a cafe located inside tower 2. One thing I wish I discovered sooner is that there is a tunnel with people movers that connects to MGM Casino. Takes a 20 minute walk and turns it into a 5 minute walk. Overall its a great place to stay!

This is not what yall think who vacation! The floor was nasty dirty the bed wasnt even on its frame and pillow top matress flipped over to the back for sleeping no fitted sheets no workong t.v and alot of bad outlets dirt marks on walls on closets rude valet took 5 days to get them to actually wanna help us n charge our car after we begged every day and couldnt get ahold of the owner or anyone to get my money back as soon as i arrived

Wonderful location, great views, awesome deck, but a horrible bed and difficult to speak with owner.

We've been to the MGM Grand Signature before and love the fact it has a small kitchen so you can have breakfast and lunch in your room....we get tired of eating out all the time. Wonderful views from the private deck, great bathroom, and clean......worst part about this place is the darn bed. You feel like you are sleeping on a warped piece of wood with a sponge on top.....get a NEW BED!! The other drawback are the pool hours.....beautiful 90 degree weather, but the pool closes at 5pm?? Say what?? Silly, silly, silly.....a money grab by MGM to force you into their damn casino. Otherwise, a great spot, great floorplan, great views, great location.
