This home was perfect for our weekend stay in Las Vegas. The home is in a great location and in a very quiet neighborhood. When we arrived, the home was perfectly clean. The host was in constant communication and responded quickly to messages. This made it easy to check-in and check out. I appreciated that fact that we weren’t asked to clean the house before checking out. The only thing we were asked to do was to load and start the dishwasher. Very easy! The hot tub was wonderful. It appeared brand new. The water was crystal clear and the perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs with us on this trip. We would definitely stay at the home again and would feel comfortable recommending it to our friends.

This property was perfect for our stay. Centrally located between Las Vegas and Boulder City. It had four queen beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. Spa was a nice bonus.

All around awesome!

We had a great stay here. They really know how to makes their guest feel welcome. Easy check in and check out process as well. The house is beautiful and the back yard was lovely. We have no complaints! Would definitely stay here again!

Great home base for stay near Vegas

Quiet neighborhood, close to anything you need, hiking trail within minutes. The house was clean and comfortable for our family and dog friendly. The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub after a day of exploring. The neighborhood felt very safe. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

As close to perfect as they come

We enjoyed this rental. It had everything we needed to get organized after selling our house nearby. Nicely appointed and decorated. Easy-peasy check-in/out. Walk to coffee shops. Relaxing patio. Large and secure backyard for our doggo. Very responsive management. No vacation rental is perfect but this place comes pretty dang close. We look forward to booking this house again.

Disappointing, but potential

I came to Las Vegas with my best friend to play in a bingo tournament and although the property was a bit farther than some other homes I was interested in, I decided to pick this one because the of the pictures and the online reviews raved about this home. First I will say that the property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond so i give them 5 stars but for the home itself I was very disappointed. The home had a lot of wear and tear and the beds were not very comfortable - I recommend that the beds and the frames all be replaced as they are on wooden slats that look like they may cave at any point. The yard is peaceful and well appointed however there is a large white building blocking most of your views of the mountains. The neighborhood seemed quiet so that was a plus. Overall I think this property has potential to be amazing with a few upgrades and changes (new towels, more supplies in the kitchen, blankets, pillows) but unfortunately it didn't work out for my gstay.

Short Family Vacation

Check in was easy and the rental company stayed in communication to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were quick to address any issues we had. The house was clean and we had the utensils needed to cook. The backyard was great to sit with friends and the jacuzzi was definitely a bonus.The only odd thing was I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the table lamps. It was like the knobs were stripped.There were plenty of overhead lights so that wasn’t a huge issue.

Great rental, comfortable and well appointed. Good location close to highway and easy to get in and out of town. Fenced yard and there is a walking trail right behind the property. Good communication from host. Would definitely stay again.

Small and cozy but didn't feel crowded for a family of three. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There were no paper towels when we got there but contacted the property manager and they were quick to respond and provide paper towels. Would stay again.

An oasis sanctuary in the desert

The home was so clean, so quiet and so perfect in every way. The jacuzzi was so big and the temperature was perfect. Host and staff were wonderful kept in touch just to make sure we didn't need anything. I love staying in Henderson when I come to Las Vegas because it's quiet and it has great restaurants. Hanks is my favorite.
