Very lovely getaway!

I did not notice how far it is from downtown, I did not rental a car so I opted to Uber which was a bit pricey given that it is far (did not bother me though, I prepared for this). However, if you are intending to be in a more quiet area then this is the place! There was a little hiccup checking in but Happy was absolutely lovely to communicate with and assisted very quickly. I did stay alone and so it was spacious enough for myself. Very clean and the backyard was beautiful! This is attached to the main house but I barely heard anyone else. I had a short stay but I would book again in the future.

Comfortable and Convenient

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location - easy access to strip/downtown, hiking, and neighborhood restaurants. Provided everything you need. Bed is super comfortable. Full fridge and stove if you prefer to cook yourself. Very welcoming host. Arrival cookies were appreciated. Nice neighborhood for a morning run. Great outdoor seating area to relax, read, or just have coffee. Would stay here again.

Best couch in all of Las Vegas!

Look I normally don't go on my way to talk about a couch, but seriously the most comfortable couch to sleep on ever. If I thought I could have fit it to the door by myself I probably would have taken it home with me. If you stay here make sure to get check out that couch.

Good place

Layout is a bit strange with several steps to get from room to room, and the light switches were confusing to find (we confused the carbon monoxide test button with a light and made a horribly loud noise), but the property is lovely and so the property manager was wonderfully communicative while staying out of our hair. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I recommend this place :)

Great 4 night stay.

This place was awesome. When we walked in, right away we noticed it was spotless. All supplies that you can possibly need are in the unit, including the water and cookies that were ready for us. The bed in was very comfortable and when the door to it was closed, it silenced any noise from the tv in the living room. We head to Las Vegas a couple of times a year and we'll defiantly be looking to stay here again. Thank You so much.

Comfy apartment in a quiet neighborhood

Great stay with a friendly and welcoming host.The apartment provided a quiet place within easy access to northern Las Vegas and local parks and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful backyard included with a comfortable veranda, which includes couches and a fireplace. I'd stay again on my next trip.

Cozy Garage Apartment

This cute renovated garage apartment is so cozy that it truly felt like home for a bit. The bed is really firm but comfy, and the black chair in the living room is BEYOND comfortable. I wish I'd taken a picture of the tags so I could buy one for myself lol. The pool is visible from where the host lives, but it still felt pretty private. A wonderful way to cool off in the heat! The bathroom/shower area being the first room you enter was really convenient after a long road trip, and after swimming or being out in the heat. We had a small issue with the grill, but the host was absolutely wonderful about responding quickly and helping us to fix it. Host is a super kind and sweet person and it was genuinely so much fun to meet her and chat with her for a bit. Definitely would love to stay again!

Great stay!

When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly Diane. She happily showed us where everything was within the house and even gave us recommendations to different eateries in the area. The house was very clean, organized and well equipped with everything one would need while traveling. We also found the house to be very quiet. As a couple who was in bed early every night while visiting Vegas, we enjoyed this tremendously. In the mornings, we had the luxury to wake up to the stunning views of the canyons! I highly recommend grabbing a cup of coffee (tea, if coffee isn’t your thing) and sit outside with a book in the mornings under the gazebo! The peacefulness, the weather, privacy, and the view make for a great start to each day; and when it gets hot, take a dip in the pool! This house itself is only about 20 minutes from downtown Vegas and only a few minutes from convenience stores and fast-food restaurants, making it an ideal vacation destination for anyone who wants to experience the Vegas atmosphere while also getting time to relax without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Airless garage conversion

If you want to stay in a vastly overpriced, airless garage conversion with zero charm, only one window, and only the barest minimum of amenities, then this fits the bill, I guess. The photo of the house and the description are very misleading - there is nothing private about the pool at all, and zero shade. Very disappointing - would not recommend.

We WILL be back!

I read a review thatsaid the place was warm. Well, I don't understand, there are A/C units in the bedroom and the living kitchen area. This place is decorated so nicely, not odds and ends. Plush towels, a bottle of wine, a fridge full of bottled water, and a dish of oreos. The backyard is stunning, like a personal resort. We loved thearea and neighborhood. Diane, the owner both greeted us, and saw us off! What a wonderful stay in every way. Private resort, 15 minutes from casinos.

You Won't Want to Leave

This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had in all of my travels. From beginning to end, it was phenomonal. The property is amazing. Very quiet, very clean, very cozy. Great amenities and you will not find a better hostess ANYWHERE. She pays attention to every detail and you won't find a more gracious or kind human being. This will definitely be a stop on my trail the next time I need a quiet retreat.

A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful backyard! The owner was welcoming and helpful. The property is only about a 20min drive from Red Rock Canyon, so very convenient to head out for a hike or scenic drive. The kitchen was well-equipped, so it was was to cook our own meals. Overall, a great stay!

I chose this property in north side of city in order to view the local red rocks. Terrific backyard for dogs to run, outdoor gazebo was inviting, pool & spa fence enclosed for safety. Fast hot water for shower or bath. Stovetop and microwave for cooking in kitchenette. Comfy bed with ceiling fans and HVAC for any weather. Outdoor 110 plug gave my EV a little juice overnight. Walkable neighborhood and park close by

Amazing Pleasant Stay In Vegas!

When I arrived the house was spotless. A cozy and peaceful guest house in the suburbs of Las Vegas. Diane explained the ins and outs of the home when I arrived. Everything I needed was there which included A variety of coffee, tea, and bottled water. The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting and a few pillows to choose from which was nice. Overall a great stay and if in the Vegas area in the future, it will be my destination of choice.

Las Vegas get away

This is an excellent property! Perfect for two, clean, quiet and comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond with answers to our questions and seemed genuinely pleased to have us stay. The drive to downtown Las Vegas is not long but all we needed for food and shopping was close in proximity. It would be great if VRBO had included instructions for the stay, then we would not have had to bother the property manager.

Great three week stay

Great three week stay while visiting our son. Perfect location and accomodations for my wife and our small dog. Spacious main bedroom and comfortable living / dining areas. We all especially enjoyed the beautiful gazebo and private fenced in yard. Bonus mountains views also. 20 - 30 minutes to most everything - Strip, Fremont Street, Arts District, and the many outdoor activities nearby like Red Rocks, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead / Hoover Dam, etc. Very responsive and communicative host.
