Thanks James which I had known the prior guest had broken the rules, it's a $250 charge. Further we can bring in an ozone machine to clear the room of smoke odors if we're advised so wish we had been made aware. Thanks for staying nonetheless

Hello Roy glad you found the location great. Odd that checking in would be difficult, the Signature has a registration desk in each Tower and it's only about 100 feet from those desks to the elevators. Not sure what difficulty you encountered but if it was particularly troubling or there was a poorly trained desk agent I hope you let Signature management know as we owners desire that they have well trained and hospitable staff. That all said, thank you for staying.

Seems to be a problem throughout the strip as even on the sidewalk in front of some casinos, NYNY by Tom's Urban comes to mind, the music is so loud you'd have trouble with a cell phone conversation just walking down the street! Hi Kara thank you for staying. Appreciate the suggestion however the third item on the guest information sheet indicates that parking is valet and there's no charge for it, so perhaps that just got missed in the excitement! For future guests who might see this review, please note there is no self parking at the Signature. The self parking garage is for the MGM Grand and is quite a long walk from the Signature. I purposely have legitimate pictures of each unit and clearly there is no balcony on any of my units. Moreover there is nothing in the listing that indicates the units have a balcony so sorry you missed that. Thank you for staying
