Great location at an awesome price. Paid half of what the hotels one block away on the strip were charging and we had a full kitchen and king-size bed with a jacuzzi-tub and free valet parking. You can't beat that. View of the strip and Sphere was cool. Walk to the heart of the strip (Aria-Cosmo-Planet Hollywood) only took 6 mins. Easy check in and checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Communication from Maria was excellent. Wife was very happy. 10/10 would stay there again.

Nice Condo convenient location for to all the action.
Stayed 4 nights to catch a football game and have some fun. Great pool area and convenient deli for lunch and breakfast. Bit of walk to the main MGM building and restaurants/shows/bars/casino. Not a bad thing after a day of over eating and drinking. We took an Uber to Allegiant but did walk back from the stadium with thousands of others.

Really nice room, with excellent value. The bad side is not enough parking and I had to park in the MGM Grand lot about 1/4 mile away one night. It was also tough to get in my first night with a long line of cars. The room was great though.

The room was very clean and the hot tub is amazing. Location to restaurants in or around the MGM is very good. Views of the strip and the. High roller are really nice at night! Second time staying and will hopefully be able to come back!

Good times
Enjoyed a great week in Vegas . The only negative was there was no keurig to make my own coffee and the condo is about .40 mile away from the actual casino. It was ALOT of walking to and from the location. So bring your walking shoes! Good views, good customer service and nice to be tucked away from the hustle of the night life. Thank you!

Stayed for a week of Las Vegas fun
We loved how nice the hotel was. It is a bit of a walk to the MGM Grand from the tower 3. When you are staying in the tower 3 the miracle mile ahops is right out to the left of thw driveway. If you leave the tower 3 by the front desk then turn to the left and you will find the mall. There is a very inexpensive but amazing place to eat breakfast versus the delight or starbucks in hotel. We enjoyed our stay very immense.

Excellent stay
Beautiful and safe location with a ton of amenities. On the strip and close to the action yet you can still get away and relax in your sanctuary. I loved the jetted tub. Excellent communication with property manager. Valets and front gate gate security guys were helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here over the Bellagio or other big name hotel on the strip. Overall was an excellent trip and will definitely book again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip but still want to be close to everything. The jacuzzi tub was one of the highlights as well as the view. I will be staying here the next time I am in Las Vegas.

Fantastic non-gaming non-smoking property at MGM
The MGM Signature Towers, on the MGM property, are non-gaming, non-smoking, condo-like apartments. This one was beautifully maintained, had everything we needed, and working with the owners was seamless and easy. Short walk to MGM casino itself, or to Cosmopolitan on the strip, for example. A peaceful place to stay compared to a casino hotel. Downstairs you have a quality cafe, fitness room, and Starbucks. Will absolutely stay here again.

Just what we needed
Everything was just great, the kitchen was adequately stocked and there were enough towels for the whole week. The space was just perfect for a couple and the kitchen was so convenient to have. We loved the location, it was close enough to the strip to walk anywhere but still far enough that it felt private. Would definitely come back

Amazing Views
The room was exactly as described and shown in the photos! Beautiful views of the city! Room and the MGM property was very clean. Walking distance to many activities on the strip. Plus a great hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. Can’t wait to come back again!

This is a wonderful place for family with kids to visit Las Vegas. It is close to the strip, but not too noisy. Marie is a wonderful host, the communication is very prompt. Will definitely stay here again if we came back to Vegas.

Wonderful!
We enjoyed our three night stay here. Unit is just as described so we are very pleased. Location is perfect as it’s close enough to the strip to walk to most venues or easy to catch the monorail at the MGM station to get to north end of the strip. Only thing lacking was no pots and pans, glassware or utensils. If the unit is equipped with a stove, you should be able to use it - can’t without pots and pans though. We would come back in a heart beat!

AWESOME!
This property is AWESOME and it looks just like the pics. I was impressed with the space of the unit, especially the bath room. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and they kept us informed on what to do and things to do. The location is pretty good but you're a nice little hike away from the strip. You can walk thru to the MGM but that's a pretty long walk and then you're actually 2 blocks further from the middle. Even walking to the monorail was a bit of a hike but not too bad. It looks like they recently moved or changed furniture because there were imprints on the carpet with stains and it looked like furniture was moved. The only other thing I would say is the room needs a deep cleaning. It's not dirty by any means. But the high touch areas on the wall (around light fixtures), doors (around knobs) and areas like that could be cleaned. Other than that, it's a very clean unit. I wish I didn't have to call down for dishes but it was nice to be able to get them. Also wished they had napkins or paper towels in the room. We also had to call down for towels. It would be nice if there were extra sets in the room. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great place!
This is a really wonderful unit and it had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the front desk for Tower 3 was closed down so checking in required a walk to Tower 2. I really enjoy the Signature though and this is a fantastic unit at the Signature.

Great experience
I stayed at Marie's property with 2 friends. Marie was very attentive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The room had a great view and we enjoyed using the mini kitchen and jet tub. It was very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Vegas!

Best Stay in Vegas!
My sister and I had the best time in Vegas and most of this wa a made possible because of where we stayed. The owners were amazing!! Checking in with us to see how the stay was going and making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay that much more enjoyable. The location is fantastic also! Located near so many good restaurants, bars and the strip! Definitely coming back to stay here in the not so distant future.

The worse experience ever
Where do I start?? First off I book my room In February my trip wasn’t until March all good. 3/13 to 3/17 When I got to the hotel to check in I was told my reservations was only booked from the 13 to the 16..🤦🏽‍♀️So I was told I had to then reach out to the third party for them Reinstate my stay to the 17th come back down to the front desk and get new keys 🔑 once I was informed that the information was updated. Secondly., Myself and my Fiancé relaxing in the jacuzzi around 5:30 pm 6ish it’s getting dark and the freaking power goes out in the hotel room. So now we’re left sitting in the jacuzzi in the dark. Smdh!! We had to get out in the dark find our way around the suite for some light to dry off and make our way to the front desk to report the outage. Thank god they was able to move us to another room the night and told us to get in touch with the third party once and because we would have to return to our room the next morning. Keep in mind we had to pack up all of our belongings. Food etc.. So the next morning we head back to our room..packing up all our belongings once again.. I’m Furious at the point with the back and fourth up and down, lights was back on. Hotel was telling us the reason the lights may have went out was due to the owners may have not paid the bill. Whatttt ?? excuse me!!!! Ok so back to the room we go.. low and behold I go to plug 🔌 in the iron and damnit the power goes out AGAIN!! At this point I’m DONE now I’m repeat 🔁 the same thing as the day before.. I would never use the service again ever. And I want to be compensated I want my money back.. It was my fiancé birthday and this the the worse experience ever. Buyer Beware.

Hi Tanya, I’m so sorry to read that your stay wasn’t perfect because the electricity went out temporarily. That is an extremely rare issue, and it was quickly fixed by the building engineer. Great place
This is my 2nd time staying at the MGM Signature! I like that the location is a few blocks from the Strip so you don't get the noise and Hussel & bussel of the crowds. The room was as described and check in and out was a breeze!
