Good: nice room and view, Starbucks, laundry room, workout room, little store, attached to MGM, nice little bar.....Bad: Pool was supposed to be open but was closed entire time, bathroom tv didn’t work, long walk to the strip, bathroom faucets leak at handles, needed to pay extra for room cleaning if wanted, 15 day reservation was divided into 3 reservations by owner?...why....had to stand in line and re-register and get new keys every time a real pain. Had to pay $150 fee to Home Away for finding us our place, asked owner they verified??
In conclusion, reserve your room direct from
MGM/Signature instead of from the Signature owners. You may have to pay MGM Resort fees.... but between paying owners well in advance for your stay, paying a $150 Home Away fee, paying very expensive costs for room cleaning....your cost will more than balance out. Then... the MGM staff will be able help you instead of being told constantly to call the owner.
