We were very happy with our stay. What was most comforting was the communication with the owners, before, during and after the stay. I would say it was the best communication we have experienced among our different VRBO experiences. We used the pool and the small shop on the ground floor, and also the lazy river at MGM. And with the proximity of MGM we had a few meals there. Close to a monorail stop and a Uber pickup/dropoff location as well. Rode the monorail a couple of times just for some close up views of the sphere, got much closer than we expected.Overall a great experience!

Spring break family getaway

Every aspect about this property was great. The owner provided regular and detailed updates about the check in/out, house manual, or any aspect of the rental. We had travel delays and checked in very late and had no issues. The connecting rooms were perfect to give two teenagers plenty of space while giving mom and dad privacy. The location is convenient but a short walk to MGM food/casino or to the strip. Uber/Lyft comes straight to the towers which is also nice. I highly recommend giving this property a look.

A hidden gem!

Stunning condo in the *middle* of Vegas! The property was *exactly* as advertised and very clean! The property managers were very responsive and polite. We loved having access to all the resort amenities. We will *definitely* book this property again!

Girls Trip To Vegas- Amazing Stay

A group of childhood friends got together to unwind and have fun in Vegas and our stay at this residence was one of the highlights. Everything was easy- from booking to checking in. The place had ample space for 5 of us and we couldn't be happier with our choice. It was super easy to access the Strip too!Highly recommend.

Comfortable and convenient

The room(s) are lovely and well-appointed, clean, and conveniently located with a view of the strip from the balcony high over the city. Joe and Debora were in contact multiple times in the days leading up to the stay and made themselves available in the event we had any additional needs (we did not). They were very accommodating and kind. The unit is on the end of the hallway so there is no worry about unruly neighbors on both sides, which means it was also quiet - often hard to find in Las Vegas. Additionally, the proximity to TopGolf was unbeatable! Would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a get-away in the city that never sleeps.

Would be 5 stars with some maintenance

Check in was great, easy and quick. There was some disagreement with Uber drivers on whether they come up to the lobby door….there is a pick up spot a couple minute walk away with a covered area to wait and that’s where they want to get you and drop you, we had to ask each time for them to come up to the door and only one driver was not happy about that.The unit is a fabulous floor plan, with a full bathroom with a shower in the middle, living room area. We docked a star because the floors in the entire place were filthy, and the middle bathroom shower was not cleaned, but we did not use that shower. I would recommend bringing slippers as they are not provided and we did not want to touch the floors with bare feet. Otherwise the place was very clean, it seemed like maybe they literally just forgot to do the floors. There are some maintenance issues that made it less than a 5 star experience and I let the management company know of all of them. The biggest ones being the living room tv would not work because there was no cable box at all, so it had no way of getting a signal (they offered to fix during our stay and we declined so hopefully that is fixed now). A sink in the efficiency apartment would not drain. And no way to keep the doors separating the units open so it could feel like one big unit, door stops would be great here. So we felt a bit separated from each other as it wasn’t open as pictured.. But with a few tune ups this place will be ready for prime time again.

Work Conference

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room for us. It was nice each of us having our own bathrooms, as well as a kitchen to eat in some during our stay. It was also really easy & convenient to catch an Uber from this location. We would stay here again:)

Amazing accommodation, great location and host provides all the information you require.

The Signature is in a terrific location. We stayed with friends and the two adjoining rooms were perfect. We are grateful for the clear and timely communication with the hosts. We would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

One of the best experiences I have had using a rental service. The owners made sure I was well aware of the process provided ample instructions and details. The place was spotless when we arrived plenty of supplies already inside and plenty of space for 6 large adults.
