The house was very very spacious and comfortable-- our only complaint was it did get a bit chilly at night and would have loved access to some more blankets for the bed :)

Just don’t do it!! —On entry, the house had a very strong odor of bleach but after being in the house for a minute you realize it’s clean on the surface but disgustingly dirty and sooo loud and echoing. The house is not maintained and we found it unsafe for small kids. Signs for pool safety are everywhere but the one door alarm that was actually installed didn’t work and the other was completely missing. On top of all the different things that did not work, ie., the microwave, 3 of 4 burners on the stove and the refrigerator didn’t make ice. Not all the bedrooms were equipped with basic things like lamps or dressers. What little furniture there was, the upholstered pieces were badly stained, sticky, very worn and uncomfortable. But, the worst thing was finding long dark hair and false eyelashes between the sheets in our beds as well as brown stained towels that we are hoping was just make-up. Needing to do a bunch of laundry before we could sleep wasn’t fun and NOT what we paid for!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Perfect!We booked this home for our Daughters graduation. It was the best! Spacious kitchen, living room and TV/ game room. The bedrooms offer privacy, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Pool table, large dining room table, laundry and many outside activities including a sparkling pool and view of the LV strip. Responsive host. Book today!

Annual family Vegas trip

Pros: management was very prompt with responses. Pool was fabulous! Very clean, well maintained-Large size and cold for hot days. AC worked really well despite 110 outside. Ceiling fans and extra floor fans kept rooms cool. Pool table was fun. Memory foam mattress superComfy. Neighborhood mostly quiet (dogs barked next door/train tracks next to backyard but only had train twice) and close proximity to 215. Cons: Janky bed frames witnessed loose legs. One leg broke while we were sleeping. Rugs curled up at edges which caused tripping. NoShoes allowed due to white epoxy flooring, although the floors were quite dirty upon arrival. Even when wearing socks, floors get marked up. Couch pillows had water or sweat stains-not pleasant to look at. Bathroom rug dirty and looked unwashed. One set of bath towels per person. Had to buy kitchen towels.

Awesome Stay!

This house was so beautiful! The kitchen had so many appliances and we had a great time with the pool table. We used the hot tub every night and the pool was so refreshing. Plenty of towels were available and the beds were super comfy. We were sad that the hot tub didn’t have lights and that the slide and waterfall features were disabled, but it was a great time regardless. Would definitely recommend to someone and would stay there again

Family Get Together

Our family is located all over the US. We were able to get together with all our kids and their significant others. It was wonderful being able to stay in the same location...super comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms, full stocked kitchen and outdoor grill for cooking meals instead of having to eat out. Pool and spa were beautiful. Indoor and outdoor games available. And an awesome view of the Las Vegas strip from the back of the house. Comfortable place to chit chat, play games, hang out, relax and make memories. Close location to the Las Vegas strip, the airport and many restaurants and things to do in Henderson. It was the perfect location for our family get-together. preparing meals at the house

Perfect family home base for your Vegas adventures

Location is superb. If you want to stay outside the busyness of the strip this property is great. A couple blocks from "Water St." which is where all the trendy Henderson restaurants, bars and hangouts are. You could almost walk there. Grocery stores, coffee, breakfast options, gas are all within a mile and the neighborhood is still private at the same time, with very little traffic nearby. Beautiful views of the strip from the backyard, especially at night. We had a few teenagers and even brought our two Shiba Inus along (our other kids). Pool and backyard were a great, relaxing hang-out spot in our downtime. Also, one important note is that the pool gets all-day sun which is is rare, and it keeps the water very comfy-warm. Check-in was a breeze and the experience was very organized. Communication with management was timely; they went above and beyond.

The perfect family gathering place

We stayed here with 7 adults and 2 children for a week. This home was everything we could have asked for! 10/10 all around. The hosts were great as well - we felt very taken care of and welcome in their home. Can’t wait to come back!

The stay was fine

This was the 1st time using VRBO. For the most part everything was fine. Nothing prevented us from enjoying our time but there were some improvements that could have made it slightly better. The pictures shown on VRBO didn't quite depict the house the way it is. The house was a little run down. Scuffed up walls, hair in the bathroom drawers, torn window screens, one of the beds had bent legs that made the bed feel unstable, toilet paper holders and towel racks were coming off the walls. There were coffee pods available but not the appropriate coffee machine to use them (there was a regular coffee pot as well), there was hardly any toilet paper, no laundry soap, and not much extra bedding for the fold out couch. We had to go to the store to buy supplies that generally would be provided by the host. The pool was nice but again a little run down, in the pictures it shows a slide into the pool, that slide was filled with rocks to prevent it from being used. The hot tub went from hot to cold unpredictabley (which may be the way it's set up). And although understandable, it was a little disappointing that we could not use the pool after 10:00 PM. The house accommodated the amount of people in our group and it was nice having 3 bathrooms for the 7 of us. The host reached out after our 1st night to see if everything was okay. I responded with a simple question but never heard back. Again, overall everything was fine but things can be improved to make it even better.

Great house and host!

We really enjoyed our time in this home, it has all the amenities we needed and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our big group. Comfy beds, updated fixtures and furniture is in great condition. The view at night of the Strip was the cherry on top.

Great host and house

We really enjoyed our time at the house and the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We have never rented a so well stocked VRBO regarding basics like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, propane for the grill, etc. so that was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and spa area but note that the heating for both if needed is an extra daily charge. Overall we loved the place and it worked great for our group who enjoy to cook and just hang out at the VRBO’s.

Nice enough but some suggestions

This pace was super clean. Cute. Manager Ben was amazing. He would text back within the minute. Had people fix stuff asap. Overall amazing management. However there are some strong suggestions and feedback if you’re thinking about renting this place. House need improvements 1. Sink faucet in guest bath barely hanging on. 2. Both bathtub stoppers didn’t work for kids bath 3. Hot water ran out in 10 mins 4. Fridge water and ice broken 5. Needs More rugs, floor is white cement and not only does it get dirty fast but it is so loud throughout the house if others are trying to sleep. 6. Only one heater on pool and spa makes it very difficult during winter months. Plus side they really cater to when u want it on and off but all other home shares I’ve had many pools and they all had dual heaters. Maybe buy another and just charge more. It’s annoying. Location is ok but you can tell you’re not wanted. The rules make it very clear that they are making neighbors mad and fighting the good fight against the city. Very residential close quarters to neighbors. Would suggest if pool wasn’t important for u (only applies during cold months) Summer time it’s all good. Other than the janky things above the beds were comfy, many appliances and cookware. Nice tv. Living room furniture not comfortable. Modern Scandinavian vibes not chill out snuggly vibes.

Clean and easy going

This place was for my Pop's 60th birthday and it was a perfect place to just relax and enjoy. We had some of his friend over as well and we just BBQ'd and laid out by the pool. The place was clean and very tidy. Definitely will come back again

Highly Recommend

Property was clean, located 10 minutes from the airport! There were 9 in our group and the house was perfect (one couple in each of the four bedrooms and g’pa on the futon). It was difficult to remember to hit the button before going to the backyard (to turn the alarm off), but we were told that the alarm is mandated by the city. Pool and spa were nice. We enjoyed playing games and cornhole.

Simple, clean house for extended family

We stayed here with three generations of family for my son’s lacrosse tournament. This property served our needs and is a clean and easy place to stay. Some issues were dealt with by the managers quickly. It could use some more comfortable furniture and seating and perhaps rugs to cut down on the echo throughout, but for the price, it worked for our family.
