Perfect spaces to host one of our families. The family shared the adjoining 1 BR and studio while we had our separate studio in the next room just down the hallway. We provided breakfast/lunch in using the kitchens. Suggest guests bringing paper plates/plastic cups. This is the second time we hosted one of our families in this property. Great pool, Starbucks downstairs, able to walk to most places on the strip. Thank you Cindy!

The location was perfect for a family/large group. Easy access to the MGM pools and to the restaurants on the strip. Also, the views from the balcony are georgeous. I wish the layout description was clearer about the arrangement of the three bedrooms ... one of the rooms is a 1-bedroom suite that is adjacent to (but not directly connected to) the other 2-bedroom suite. It was fine for our group during this particular stay, but we were initially expecting a 3-bedroom floor plan where all three bedrooms were connected to the same kitchen/dining area. Regardless, we had plenty of space and a wonderful experience.

Myself and 2 coworkers were in town for a convention and this was the perfect place to stay! This allowed us to have our separate spaces but still all be next door to each other. We will definitely be on the lookout for this place again when we are in town.

The listing is a little deceiving; I booked this thinking we would have common space to hang out while having separate sleeping space. This listing is 3 separately hotel rooms with kitchens- to get to each room you have to go out in the hall. I booked for a girls trip, so it ended up being fine but I would have been irritated had I taken my kids. The room(s) were clean and nice, the location provided indoor walking to get to the strip.

Great location! Views were really fun from the balcony! This was a great place for 4 adult friends to gather and explore Vegas. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, bring spices, sugar, oil, etc. MGM amenities without fees was a plus, including pools and lazy river. MGM shopping and casino were just across a couple walkways. Keep in mind, two rooms can be connected with a locking foyer area door, but the third room is immediately next door down the hall. Not an issue with the security of the building and the corner condo location, but wouldn’t put my smaller kids there. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you have couples traveling together. The three room options gives everyone privacy and also adds a gathering space. Thank you!

Rooms are well accommodated, owner was responsive.Few items needing attention: some of the bed sheets were stained.One of the sink in the bathroom and kitchen sink were clogged and could not use as intended.Chairs in the connected room hall were wobbly.

We had a great time at this property and it was perfect for our group of 3 adults. We each had our own room / bathroom, in addition to a common area to socialize in. As noted in the description, none of these rooms are connected. There is/was a way to connect two of the rooms, but the door that allows these rooms to be connected appears to currently be broken. However, this is not a problem since they are very friendly at check in and give you enough keys to easily access all of the rooms. The rooms are not modern, but they are well cared for. The staff at Signature are very friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk (indoors) to the main MGM casino and restaurants and the Signature offers its own ride share pick up and drop off area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great trip for my sons 21st birthday. This is right off the strip through the MGM. Cindy communicated great and even helped us find a stroller rental for our granddaughter. We had a wonderful stay and would rent again.

Beautiful rooms and location! It was great having the living room to congregate together. No resort fee and access to the MGM Grand pool complex was great! Free valet parking was wonderful! Would definitely recommend staying here for a larger group.

These 3 penthouse suites were amazing. Loaded with amenities and feels a lot more like a highrise apartment than a hotel room. The big bathrooms and the private balconies felt very luxurious. Our host was very helpful leading up to our trip. We would all definitely stay here again

Great stay at MGM signature

We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature. It is well located. Check in was quick and efficient. We really enjoyed having a kitchen so we could eat in some days and start our day with a great breakfast. We used the valet parking at our tower and they were courteous and efficient. The layout is like 3 separate units but 2 share a common entry. There was a full kitchen in one unit and the other 2 had small kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster and small stove top. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe as our room key was needed to access our floor in the elevator. All in all we had a good stay and if we go back to Vegas we would look into staying at the MGM Signature again.

Great Time At The Signature

We took a 3 bedroom penthouse suite for the family- large, nicely appointed, great balcony views, easy walk or Uber to Strip. Ten minute enclosed walk from The Signature through to the MGM Grand too. With valet parking it was an ideal home base to do tours out to Hoover Dam too.

Amazing location and property

Truly great location - easy to walk to strip and UBER right to the front desk. DoorDash groceries to the front desk is easy. Tons of room, four bathrooms, great family room. Would stay again.

Perfect lodging for a family vacation!

This set up worked perfectly as my husband and I hosted our daughter and family for 4 nights. My husband and I had the 1 BR for some privacy and a good nights sleep. Our daughter and husband with their 3 children shared the two adjoining units only steps away. We love the Signature and would certainly stay there again. Cindy was very responsive and helpful.

100% will stay here again

We had the best time staying at this property. The 2 conjoining rooms were a huge plus as we traveled with a larger group. The rooms were gigantic and the bathrooms had plenty of space which was great for the ladies to get ready. The balconies were INCREDIBLE for taking pictures both during the day and at night. The views were breathtaking. The location was great. There was a security guard checking room keys before you enter the elevator which made the group feel very safe when leaving and entering the condo. Highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone!
