These 3 penthouse suites were amazing. Loaded with amenities and feels a lot more like a highrise apartment than a hotel room. The big bathrooms and the private balconies felt very luxurious. Our host was very helpful leading up to our trip. We would all definitely stay here again

Great stay at MGM signature

We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature. It is well located. Check in was quick and efficient. We really enjoyed having a kitchen so we could eat in some days and start our day with a great breakfast. We used the valet parking at our tower and they were courteous and efficient. The layout is like 3 separate units but 2 share a common entry. There was a full kitchen in one unit and the other 2 had small kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster and small stove top. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe as our room key was needed to access our floor in the elevator. All in all we had a good stay and if we go back to Vegas we would look into staying at the MGM Signature again.

Great Time At The Signature

We took a 3 bedroom penthouse suite for the family- large, nicely appointed, great balcony views, easy walk or Uber to Strip. Ten minute enclosed walk from The Signature through to the MGM Grand too. With valet parking it was an ideal home base to do tours out to Hoover Dam too.

Nice place, good communication. A little misleading, none of the rooms are actually joined as it seemed in listing, was hoping for more of multi bedroom one spot type deal. But no issues with anything. Would stay again

Amazing location and property

Truly great location - easy to walk to strip and UBER right to the front desk. DoorDash groceries to the front desk is easy. Tons of room, four bathrooms, great family room. Would stay again.

Perfect lodging for a family vacation!

This set up worked perfectly as my husband and I hosted our daughter and family for 4 nights. My husband and I had the 1 BR for some privacy and a good nights sleep. Our daughter and husband with their 3 children shared the two adjoining units only steps away. We love the Signature and would certainly stay there again. Cindy was very responsive and helpful.

100% will stay here again

We had the best time staying at this property. The 2 conjoining rooms were a huge plus as we traveled with a larger group. The rooms were gigantic and the bathrooms had plenty of space which was great for the ladies to get ready. The balconies were INCREDIBLE for taking pictures both during the day and at night. The views were breathtaking. The location was great. There was a security guard checking room keys before you enter the elevator which made the group feel very safe when leaving and entering the condo. Highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

As advertised however we were unclear about the options for daily maid service until a few days before check-in and then we weren't able to set it up when we checked in. Having to use the same towels for six days wasn't easy, along with no trash service. But the units we rented were otherwise great.

Great spacious units

There are several good things about this rental, the units are large and very quiet and provide privacy. The location is an easy walk to the main MGM Grand hotel shops and monorail system. The valet made it easy to have a car and the staff provided great service. Just FYI, there are no essentials provided in the kitchens like salt and pepper, silverware or wine glasses so BYO.

Amazing space, easy process

I was a little worried about the difference between the main hotel and the signature where this space is held. But our trip did not disappoint! This was the perfect stay for a few nights and a bachelorette weekend. To note, 3br technically puts one of the rooms separated from the other two from a key access point. However, it proved an easy fix by giving our group some joint key access. Overall recommend!!

Perfect in every way shape and form

This was the perfect rental for a bachelor party or big family coming to visit Vegas! Everything was clean and spacious! On top of that Cindy was an absolutely amazing host! Always very responsive and kind and will work to accommodate you in any way she can. If you have a big group going to Vegas BOOK THIS ONE.

21st Bday Event for my son

Great location. Nice setup with one large suite and one regular suite behind one set of doors and an adjacent suite one door down the hall. Very spacious and good views of the strip. We would definitely stay there again.

All 3 mornings none of the 3 suites had hot water. Very disappointing. Needs upgrading, 2/3 safes didn’t work, toilet runs consistently, upholstery torn, 1/3 door locks was tricky. Needs some TLC.

Rooms were as expected

Beware, the owner uses a third party maid service and when one of my guests had clearly left her EarPods still plugged in on the bedside table they claimed to never had seen it. Rooms were clean but the master suite most definitely needs an update. I understand Vegas hotels see a lot of traffic but the condition of the carpet and furniture is in need of dire replacement. Everything was as described (beside the conditions of the carpet and furniture).

Stunning views great location!

We had 10 of us in our group. These 3 condos accommodated us well. The large one (private king bedroom w attached bathroom, full kitchen, living rm w sofa sleeper 2nd bath and balcony) attached to condo #2 (open area with king bed and sitting area, w sofa sleeper kitchenette and full bathroom, no balcony) via private secured foyer. The 3rd condo was not attached but right next door set up like condo 2 but had a balcony. All were very clean. The king mattresses were comfortable but the sofa sleepers had typical mattresses. Each condo included 2 towels (6 in total) and the additional 5 towels were provided for additional charge $25, (not included in the extra person fee charged at time of booking. 2 people per condo, 6 in total included in advertised price... any additional, the other 5 we had, added $45 pp to initial cost. There is no laundry facility on site and housekeeping can be ordered for additional fee, and there is no towel swap service available thru resort, as these are privately owned. Our stay was for 4 days/3 nights so we just brought additional towels with us. This was not the the typical VRBO rental, it was more like a hotel suite with limited plates utensils and cookware. Plan a walmart run to get the basics you would like to have and you'll be set.There are several restaurants and coffee houses located at MGM Grand. MGM Signature is attached to the Grand, which makes it very convenient to access the hotel's amenities and casino. It's very close to the strip to walk and sightsee. Vegas is so spread out, ride shares are helpful to get around in a timely manner. The pool and hot tub looked awesome, but it was cold and rainy, so we didn't have an opportunity to use them.The owner was very helpful with questions and responsed quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this set up for a large group wanting to be together.
