My experience at this property was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was left waiting outside, and inside, the thermostat was set to 86F. While I was allowed to use the AC, I was restricted from setting it below 74F and instructed to reset it to 83F or higher when leaving, which impacted comfort.The home did not feel fully prepared for guests. The dishwasher was full, the utensil drawer needed cleaning, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from a fridge in one of the bedrooms. During the walkthrough, the host introduced several house rules and did not disclose that she lives onsite in a separate unit sharing the yard, garage, and driveway, which affected privacy.I was unable to use the main driveway, as the host's vehicles occupied the space. Surveillance cameras were present, including one above the driveway that was not mentioned in the listing. My reservation was unexpectedly canceled by Vrbo following the host’s complaint, and I was given very little time to vacate.I recommend reviewing the property details carefully before booking to ensure they align with your expectations.
